4 guests' feedbackWe were very well received and kindly escorted to our tent house. It's incredibly beautiful there and I can see how people can hang out together in groups for a weekend. The common meeting place is also very well furnished.
On arrival housekeeping lady not very friendly and helpfull but Elliot tried his best to assist. Both our tents was not clean, showers still have stains from previous guests and shower head and glass not been clean in a very long time. Tent no 7 shower leaking into kitchen. Both kitchens not equipped for 4 persons and both fridges still had old blood in from previous guests. Long grass between tents not pleasant and does not look neat. Lodge definitely run down and need TLC it could be a very nice place with proper maintenance and management.
Very quiet, own kitchen for self-catering with all necessary accessories. Even wood for the barbecue fire was provided.
Although we got there in a lot of rain and couldn't have a barbecue, they made special arrangements for us to eat at the neighboring resort which was great. The extra mile service was highly valued. Staff were helpful.
