Muller House Guest Farm is situated on a farm near the Eastern Free State villages of Villiers and Warden, on the N3 route, and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. Muller House Gasteplaas consists of a beautiful historic farmstead built in 1929. The entire homestead is at your disposal during your stay.

The farmhouse comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

The living area is comfortable and beautiful. The dining area is spacious, providing ample room for guests to enjoy their meals together. The traditional patio, with its picturesque view overlooking the farm dam, is the ideal spot to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or to simply relax during the day. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi for guests to use.

The adjacent lodge, with its beautiful thatched roof that complements the ironstone walls, offers two bedrooms on the upper level. One bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom has five single beds. The fully equipped kitchen provides a cooking with-a-view experience. The bathroom offers a view of the farm while you relax in the bath.

There are lovely braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay, as well as a swimming pool to cool off on those warm summer days. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.
