Muthaiga House is a cosy self-catering flatlet with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in St Michael's on Sea. It is conveniently situated within walking distance from the beach and a short drive from lovely restaurants and shopping centres.

This flatlet can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises an air-conditioned bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

Additionally, there is a living area with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge space and a TV. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, guests have their own balcony with outdoor seating that overlooks the swimming pool area and is an ideal spot for a morning coffee. Guests have full access to the owner’s swimming pool to cool off on those hot summer days. During load shedding, this property will be backed up by solar panels and an inverter. There are also no water issues at this property.
