18 guests' feedbackThe apartment was neat and clean with everything we needed. Note that it is on the third floor and there are only stairs. The view is fantastic. I spent the Friday because an injury just sitting in front of the window and spying and enjoying everything outside. 750 meters from Shoprite and a pharmacy. Funland is a must visit. Also about 350 meters walk from the main beach with lifeguards. There is also a cafe, outdoor gym and bar near the main beach. Electronic sliding gates in place so we were safe. Trailor parking was also available. All that was a bit annoying was that the residents of 310 were standing by their apartment window smoking. Otherwise we had a great time and would happily recommend 311 Montrose. Would book again without hesitation.
The place is small, but very clean and tidy, would love to stay there again.

Our vehicle's window was broken and the wiring was cut during the night in the complex's parking area. There are cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. After 10 days we are informed via WhatsApp that deposit will not be refunded due to pink spots on the sheet and mattress protector which we were not aware of. According to the owner, an email was sent the day we left, but I did not receive the email and she did not provide proof that she sent it, apparently she no longer has it. The bathroom has "mould" between the tiles. The dining room table and chairs are rusted. This was definitely not worth the money.
