This secluded cottage can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Hot water is provided by a donkey which will be managed by the owners on request. The lounge has comfy seating where guests can relax with a book.
Outside, there is a covered patio with seating, a built-in braai and a private splash pool. A wood-burning hot tub is available at an additional cost. Please note that the cottage is powered by a generator and should the generator run empty, guests will have to provide their own petrol to get it running again. There are lamps should guests choose to not use the generator.
The location of this cottage is only a short distance away from Gouritsmond and Vleesbaai beaches. A wide variety of outdoor activities that guests can enjoy include hiking, biking, fishing in the Gourits River and many more.

House rules
The owners shall be responsible for lighting the Donkey for hot water, at your request.220 Volt electricity is supplied by a generator. The owners supply the generator with petrol. Should it run empty during your stay, you will have to refill it with Unleaded petrol. There is a torch and lots of battery-operated lights in the house.
Please use the generator sparingly.
The owners have farm water which is perfectly drinkable, but if you prefer, rather bring bottled water.
