"Peaceful, quiet and a nice getaway."

We had a very nice stay. We also stayed here a year or so ago and in the same unit. It's a shame to see how people destroy the facilities, the gas grill's lid is e.g. broken. However, we were very happy to get the same unit and enjoyed it very much.

Some people complained about the pool side unit and we stayed in it and it wasn't a problem at all even at the busiest time of the year as it was high season. The accommodation was very spacious and the decor is modern. We enjoyed every moment and can highly recommend it.

Our stay was very good. The host was welcoming and responsive and ensured that our stay was comfortable.

The Deluxe unit was beautiful but unfortunately your veranda with braai is by the communal pool. A low lattice gate separates the area between your unit and the pool. On the last night there were guests on inflatable 'lilos' with their drinks by the pool until after 18:00 staring at your unit and couldn't care less that they are hanging out basically two meters from your unit. You have no privacy until the guests choose to walk. For the price that the unit costs, a plan should be made with the times when the pool may be used by the other guests. The lattice gate must also be closed so that other guests do not pry into your activities in the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was an added bonus that our two Scottie puppies could go with us. The facilities included everything one could possibly need and ensured wonderful carefree holidays. The staff is very friendly and helpful. NAD Living is definitely on our list to visit again.

The setting of the accommodation is perfectly placed just outside White River and the views are spectacular. Inside the house, all amenities are available and one can cook (or not), have a meal overlooking the valley or sit on the couch with the double volume windows and chill. There is ample parking right in front of your unit, you easily come and go with a keypad, the Wi-Fi is super fast and the place is pet friendly. The cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly and Isabel is available for any questions or concerns. If you'd like to rest and experience peace, this is the place for you. The only massive downside was that I couldn't stay longer.

The pics on the site looked amazing. We stayed in unit 1 and there were definitely a lot of things that needs some serious attention. For one the place needs a good clean. My husband dropped his lip ice and lifted the bed so I could look underneath and I nearly fainted. Those beds haven't been moved and cleaned under in at least a year! The huge windows are beautiful, but the one curtain came undone from the hooks - and understand that it might not be an easy fix but was an eyesore and very difficult to be unseen by OCD people! Our toilet seat was also broken on the one side which is something that is not expected from the pics seen on the site. The fridge must also be on its last legs as it is super noisy which made it almost impossible to sleep at night. This also an item that haven't been moved to clean in ages. I had to plug the kettle out to use the toaster and nearly died when I saw all the dust, cob webs and dead bugs behind the fridge. The one thing I am so glad I took with was my own hairdryer as I have learnt my lesson over time. I opened the drawer where their hairdryer is kept to pack some of my stuff out, but closed as quick as I opened it. The drawer was full of hair and it was definitely not mine! The maintenance of the outside gardens are stunning, but the little courtyard was really disappointing. Cob webs on the outside one piece dining table/bench, loads of dead leaves that could have been swept and cleaned out and the paving blocks could also do with a good clean. Most of these around the braai had fatty spots so not the most pleasant little area to sit and have a braai. We also braved the communal pool after one of our MTB rides and the pool was dirty, full of sand on the floor and the Kreepy pipe was just floating on the water - not plugged in. It remained like this for the duration of our stay. It is sad that such a lovely place is neglected the way it is - almost like there is no proper supervision and only the basics get done. There was also no Wi-Fi connection as advertised and when I made enquiries I was told that they've had issues with the service provider for the past two weeks, but that she will come and restart the rooter and that was the end of that - no further comms and no Wi-Fi for the duration of our stay. I hope the detailed and honest feedback has helped and it would be so nice if they can get the small things right to make it an unforgettable experience.

Really impressed with the fresh, modern look and layout of the units. Very fully equipped and offers everything one needs for a wonderfully relaxing time, with a beautiful view to boot. Close enough to the game park for a day trip there. Only suggestion - follow the directions on the web page, not the "Google pin".

We have been to the White River/Nelspruit area before, but this was the first time at NAD Living. Beautiful facilities, very peaceful and close to various attractions and also close enough to shops for the self-catering part. Safety is excellent! Beautiful accommodation; modern but also homely enough for an 11 year old.

The studio, number 4, is as in the photos: beautiful, luxurious and complete. But that's it. The studio was not clean (dead flies on the ground, a lot of dust, etc.) and was not cleaned (it is indicated that there is daily cleaning). One day we even had to ask for towels and empty the garbage. There is no WiFi, while there would be. So there are still some points of attention for the management.

"Funky" and fresh. The unit was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The location and design of the unit was excellent, there were modern fixtures including electric roller blinds that reveal a breathtaking view. The bed was big and comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, a big TV, everything was spotless, we had enough privacy and the security was top notch with electric fencing and a double gate entrance. Wish we could stay longer. We thoroughly enjoyed the little welcome gift.
