2 guests' feedback1. Not enough towels. Have to ask all the time! 2. Coffee only for the mornings. Nothing for the evening. Had to ask again. 3 Do not address guests who are late at night, who are drunk, practically falling through our door, with their physical fighting. 4. Also had to ask for glasses to pour water or soft drinks into. 5. No fridge to keep drinks cold. 6. Breakfast? R150 p.p.! You must be joking! Not even the Wimpy is that expensive! Probably another way to make sure you don't have to make breakfast. 7. Toilet leaks on the floor at the back. 8. Attempting to get hot water from the sink was fruitless. 9. No mirror above the sink to shave with. Probably because there is a window? Poor planning. 10. First night thought there was no hot water in the shower, because also had to run the tap for a long time before hot water came out. Communicate it with your guests! 10. No allocated parking space. Security came to knock me awake one morning just before 1am (yes, morning hours) to come move my car, after the night before he wanted me to park behind other guests' cars, which I didn't want to do. 11. So yes, for 2 of the 3 nights we slept badly or very little. Will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend anyone to do so!
I really enjoyed my stay at Naldorado Executive Villa, the staff are friendly and they strive to serve me the best they can, the environment is friendly and peaceful. If I visit Nelspruit again I will definitely go back there.
