3 guests' feedbackThe cottage is completely private with only forest around. Very beautiful scenery. Everything is neat. The reserve has nice swimming pools for the children with rock pools nearby. The restaurant has the best burgers!
It was fantastic to see that the place looks exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and tidy and the double bed sleeps very well. The distance from the unit to the main building is a bit far, but with the car you are there within 5 minutes. All facilities were clean and tidy. We never had to wait to use any of the facilities. One can get used to living so 'off the grid'. We all thoroughly enjoyed the river and 'bum-slides'. It is incredibly beautiful and stops you for a while. Anita was our hostess and she never missed a call. She was fantastic and incredibly helpful.
Great and tranquil! Best place to de-stress and reconnect.

House rules
At Nare Bush Cabin, smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests who are suspected of smoking will be asked to leave the premises immediately.Open flames are not allowed on the property. Guests are kindly requested to extinguish coals or wood with water after completing their braai. Leaving the braai unattended is discouraged, and any signs of irresponsible behaviour with fire may result in a full forfeit of the guest's deposit. Collecting firewood on the property is prohibited, and guests are encouraged to bring their own.
The towels provided are designated for use at the cabin only. Guests are advised to bring their own swimming towels.
Utopia enforces a zero noise tolerance policy, and all guests are expected to respect this rule. Failure to do so may result in fines.
The speed limit on the premises is 25 km/hr.
Feeding the wildlife, including baboons and monkeys, is strictly prohibited.
The property has security cameras for guests' safety.
Pool guidelines;
Please refrain from playing music in the pool area to maintain a calm atmosphere for families and children.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed near the baby pool for safety reasons. There are specific barbecue areas where you can enjoy drinks.
For safety, avoid bringing glass containers to the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers. Alternatively, use designated barbecue areas for drinks.
It's prohibited to drink or smoke near the pools. Utilize designated barbecue areas instead.
Please clean up any trash around the pool and dispose of it in designated bins.
Restrooms are located between the staircases leading to the adult pool. Please use them when necessary.
Failure to comply with these guidelines after a warning may result in fines deducted from your deposit and potential removal from the pool area.
