We had a great stay, walking distance from the sea, clean and tidy place. Will definitely stay there again. WiFi would be quite nice.
Please try replacing stove. Very slow.
Enjoyed the views, whales and dolphins.
Nice and quiet. The kitchen, living room and porch, which run together and offer a large space, were very nice. You can stand in the kitchen, see the sea and visit with your people. The rules are just very strict. The fact that we had to vacate the place already at 09:00 in the morning was very inconvenient. The real estate agent could not speak Afrikaans either. They were also not open according to the times indicated on their confirmation.
I would suggest that there are extra blankets. It was a cold week and we didn't have enough blankets. The beds only had the duvets on them. It's a good idea to maybe put a safety gate in front of the sliding door. Then you can at least leave the sliding doors a little open in the evening. Especially when it's hot. Some of the other units have a dishwasher which is a big plus.
Place clean, tidy, furniture good, close to pool with good sea view, will definitely use again. However, Just Property's housekeeping lady is very unprofessional, certainly not the way to resolve an innocent misunderstanding. We are also still waiting for deposit refund.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- The owner cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond their control. In the event of any appliance being out of order they cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof

- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
