Natspat Unit 2 is a lovely family holiday unit. The lovely large veranda and location are ideal for relaxing and just looking at the sea.

Was very hot and the fans did not work properly. The DStv was also not working. Phoned the caretaker and was very rude. Took 2 days to fix because 1 day was a public holiday. The place is not maintained and is full of rust.

The unit is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach and sea views is absolutely amazing. We were just very disappointed about the water supply on the South Coast. We only booked the unit for 3 nights (arrived Friday and left Monday morning) - we had no water at all from Saturday afternoon around 4 pm, until we left at 10 am on Monday morning, still no water (thank heavens for the pool!). For that very reason I will not be visiting the South Coast again in a hurry (I think some "drastic measures" need to be put in place regarding water supply, as holiday makers will not be making any future holiday reservations down there!). When you have to pay quite a lot of money "per day" - you would expect all services - water included! So as soon as the water supply is back to "normal" again - I may consider a "re-visit". Thank you.

Firstly, it's well equipped, everything you need and more. The place boasts a great sea view, it's very safe and definitely the best place for a holiday. It was the best stay I've had so far.

The unit is very neat and recently redone. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nice and have everything you might need. Even the bedrooms are very neat. The braai on the stoep is a big plus. so, you can barbecue even if it rains. Sea view is very nice and everything you might need is close enough in the surroundings. I can't wait to book my next vacation there.

We were just unlucky to arrive during the complex's renovations and the paintwork was uncomfortable. We enjoyed the holiday and stay. The unit was unfortunately not cleaned well before we arrived, and was a concern for us especially as we have a 10 month old baby who crawls around. Nevertheless, the unit is very comfortable and nice! The stoep and braai are very nice for hanging out outside. The unit was painted when we arrived and was uncomfortable. Didn't feel safe with the workers either. They were on the porch all the time.

Natsplash is everything you are looking for in holiday accommodation! Very comfortable, very tidy with a perfect view. Braai is always covered, so you can braai in any weather. Walking distance from the nearest swimming beach. There is nothing about Natspat 2 that we would change. And the renovations look fantastic! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

"Stay away from here at all costs!"

I would not recommend this unit to anyone at all. The maintenance of the complex itself is very neglected and the fact that you drive past several other complexes with burglar bars, electric fencing, steel wire, etc. makes you wonder about your safety and what is happening that everyone closes themselves like a prison. Although the unit itself is well secured with burglar bars, one does sleep with a little uneasiness in the heart. Our unit was not cleaned. The floors were dirty and we had to rinse the cutlery all the time before we could use it because of the dust. In addition, the bathrooms were in a terrible state with the toilets full of urine and other things that one does not mention on public forums. A quarter roll of toilet paper was left for us and that's it. The shower leaks when you have finished showering and there was other people's hair still in the shower of the master bedroom. It was supposed to be a getaway to celebrate a birthday but the hygiene of the place made us sick. Confronting the management via e-mail afterwards is also a "no", because then a personal attack is made on you and you are threatened.
