Located on a 3-hectare property, the apartment is adjacent to the main house but has a private entrance, private garden and braai area. The multi-storey apartment comprises 2 bedrooms with lovely views, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge.
The first floor consists of a bedroom that is furnished with 2 single beds, as well as the lounge. The lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels.
Located on the ground floor, is the main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a bath and a toilet. An outdoor hot-water shower is also available to rinse off the beach sand. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Guests can relax in the private garden and make us of the available braai facilities. Undercover parking is also provided.
Nature on your Doorstep is within walking distance from local restaurants and a nursery, and 10 km from Wilderness with various shopes and restaurants and offers fishing, swimming, and more. Hoekwil offers various walking, hiking, trail running, and cycling trails, and guests can visit the Big Tree located on the Woodville Hiking trail.

7 guests' feedbackWe had a great stay! The house is spacious, neat and clean. It is well equipped with everything needed and everything works perfectly. The beautiful view and the lovely lawns are a big bonus. The braai area is far from the kitchen and not covered. This was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. There are many steps and some of them are uneven, so you just have to focus when moving around and around the house. It might be a good idea to have a heater available in the living room during the winter months.
A very warm welcome received. Clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful views and very safe. The braai area is not under cover, though, so it is not suitable for rainy weather. We had a lovely stay.
This place exceeded all our expectations. There is so much space. Nice rooms, a nice kitchen. Lots of steps, for little ones something to keep in mind. But there is so much space! And the view is beautiful.
Ezbe's place is beautiful, clean and perfectly located with an exceptional view in Hoekwil. We had a very nice stay with all the necessary amenities.
Nature on your doorstep. Awesome. That's exactly what the name says. Nature from your door. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful, very comfortable place with everything you need, to just rest, then this is just the place for you. Most beautiful nature and sea from your room window. The pictures look just like the reality. We had a great rest and had everything we could need. Even a barbecue. The steps may be a problem for older people, but this is mentioned in the advertisement and was no problem for us. The braai place outside was lovely and also the little seat outside the dining room. There are games to play, we really enjoyed the Timberrr. Also lovely to sit and read, cozy in the living room while the kids watch movies when it rains. The chocolate treats on the beds were also a bonus. The cottage is so cutely planned and the upstairs and downstairs are nice for a bit of privacy. Would definitely recommend.
It was our first time in the Wilderness. Nature On Your Doorstep is the perfect accommodation if you love the natural beauty and tranquility. The owner really made us feel at home. The house is spacious, everything was neat and clean and has everything you need. Really value for money. Would definitely recommend them.
Hoekwil is a magical town close to the Wilderness. There are so many things to do in the area from cycling, hiking, and paddling to just relaxing and swimming on the marvelous beaches in the Wilderness. The accommodation was fabulous. The photographs do not do it any justice. The apartment is spacious and the outside areas are private from the homeowners. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves the bush and the sea side by side. If you are a cyclist, the climb back from the Wilderness to Hoekwil will keep you nice and fit.
