The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a beautiful sea view. The second bathroom has a basin, bath and toilet. Each bathroom is supplied with a set of towels.
The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, 4-plate stove with oven, washing machine, iron, tumble dryer, dishwasher and other basic kitchen accessories and appliances. The service provided by the owner was consistently excellent throughout our two-week stay. The well-equipped rooms, including additional bedding and towels, contributed to a comfortable experience. Everything was neat and cozy. A home from home. One of very few vacations where we were sad to leave.
The agent James kept in touch with me before check-in and advised that we can check in earlier as we travelled from JHB and he said that we are a priority. He was awesome from the time I spoke to him. Leoni, the other agent that welcomed us, was absolutely friendly and warm. She explained everything in detail to us and made us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. It was beautiful inside. I have no complaints whatsoever. This was the loveliest holiday that we had. Thank you for everything. Will be using your services again.

Place very clean and neat. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. Very nice for kids. I would recommend bars being placed on the kiddie's room windows, it would give much peace of mind if they are in the room especially with toddlers. Really enjoyed our stay. First choice now.

Our stay was wonderful, but since we flew, it is not possible to drive all groceries together. What we missed was dish soap because as weekend travelers we don't consider it necessary to carry dish soap with us.

The one round window is not covered and is located in the main bedroom. It is see-through and does not let you sleep past sunrise as the sun comes in early and the heat is unbearable.

Very neat, very clean, will definitely go there again. Only negative is that there is no WiFi or a pool, but otherwise perfect.
Place is very good. Extremely poor management. No wastebasket in rooms or bathroom. No mirror or hangers in 2nd bedroom. Only one plug at kitchen sinks. Clock on the wall does not work because guests would then steal the batteries. Better remove the watch then. Kettle does not open, must pour water through spout. Vegetable knife's blade broke with orange peel! We were told there is a barbecue area in the recreation area. Grids in shocking condition. In their own words septic! Only from the 3rd day one of the guests showed us how the mobile phone works to open the gate. The other representatives for the management never knew how either and each had a different explanation. Was a big frustration to be able to get in and out with the car. We were shown how to use a dishwasher. When we packed everything, and it wouldn't turn on, we were told it was disconnected and lady didn't know it either! We never met the person responsible, each time someone who had to vouch for him and then wasn't sure himself. Also place only 1 extra bag for waste in the cupboard. It's an excellent apartment that is beautifully furnished, we would love to go there again if attention is paid to these problems. The management of the place leaves much to be desired.

The service received from James even before checking in was beyond excellent and accommodative together with Dalene's friendly welcoming. We were even welcomed with coffee en rusks a very nice gesture by the owner. For the apartment itself was very neat and beautifully furnished and fully equipped for all our needs more than wat was expected. We had a view of the beach from the apartment which is within walking distance.
I think the big difference is the hospitality of James (owner) and Dalene. We hadn't even checked in yet but were made to feel welcome. Thank you very, very much.
We had a great time. We were received very kindly. Everyone was very helpful and made us feel so at home. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and beautiful. We will definitely visit again. The sea is also so close for an early morning walk along the sea. We definitely recommend Nautica Deluxe.

The service we received from Daleen, as well as the owner, was some of the best you could ask for. They went out of their way to make things easier for us in a difficult time. Thank you very much. The place was tastefully equipped with everything you need. The only criticism would be the wheely bins placed on each floor. After a day or two in the Cape heat it starts to smell bad. If it was placed in the parking area it might work better. Thank you, once again.
