40 guests' feedbackWe enjoyed all aspects of our accommodation, cleanliness and especially the friendliness of the staff. Just on a side note, the literature I was emailed led me to believe I would have cooking amenities or at least a microwave in my room, which I did not. Not a biggie, just consider revising wording. We brought warm-up meals, but we could not warm them up. They were very friendly in the kitchen and assisted us with no trouble.
Had a wonderful time at Ndiza with small children. Had wonderful breakfast every morning with a beautiful view. We barely noticed any power outages, they have standby power for lights and TV. Very nice braai area at the apartment.
Efforts were made to reduce the effects of load shedding, there was light and hot water in a flask for coffee at all times during the load shedding.
Neat, clean room. Beautiful garden. The deck, where breakfast is served, is definitely a highlight!
We just got back from a weekend stay at Ndiza Lodge and Cabanas and absolutely loved it. The accommodation is lovely and very clean. Beautiful views from the lodge deck where you have breakfast and where the one pool and bar are located. The breakfasts were very nice as well. Lovely staff and very friendly. Would definitely recommend Ndiza Lodge and Cabanas.
Rooms are neat. Very friendly welcome from Siphelele.
Stunning place, reception is not 24 hours so it can be tricky. They don't stock most alcohol and there was no ice available. The rooms were gorgeous! Very helpful for organizing activities.
Great time in a peaceful atmosphere. The lodge was neat and clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and was served on the patio with a lovely view. We didn't even know about load shedding, because the lodge provides for it. Will definitely visit again.
Great cabanas, lovely breakfast, sea views from the deck where we had breakfast.
Beautiful place on arrival, very good reception. The room is beautiful. For the price I at least expect more coffee. We could only enjoy 1 cup of coffee in the room. Only 1 milk per person. There is room to pick up coffee at the breakfast area. Breakfast was nice, hasbrowns still raw, fruit salad warm. Food was already ready, so the toast came later. The air conditioner in the room is leaking water. Water drips on the TV and plugs, runs down the shelf and then onto the ground. Floor was soaking wet and slippery. Had to throw in towels. Coffee station is impractical. Plugs must first be pulled out and boiler moved to get to the plugs. Only 1 easy chair in the room for 2 people. Beautiful large bathroom, small towel was dirty though.
Perfect location for bird watching, right at the edge of the forest. The place was pleasant and fairly well-equipped. I really appreciate the host accepting my last-minute booking!
Stayed over for one night in St Lucia - will definitely be back.
Was the best vacation ever. Super friendly staff. Extra mile walked and so beautiful.
We had a great stay and really enjoyed the breakfast with the beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just would have liked an air conditioner in the rooms, very stuffy in the rooms.
Everything was 100%. They can only do more to install adequate lighting at the grill.
The owner and his people immediately make you feel at ease and at home. We had a great time. Their Covid regulations are also all in place.
Although there is lovely seating on the private wooden deck, I would have appreciated a table with a chair, for example to comfortably work on your computer. Something small, but it can help make the stay perfect!
I would recommend Ndiza Lodge anytime.
Neat, close to beach, a bit expensive for what you get.
Clean, just and safe.
See stars.
Unit number 5 was small even for just 2 people. The unit was next to the gate of the complex. The gate is used by guests as well as staff members, so is used quite frequently. Therefore I feel like the unit was too expensive.
I have been several times by Ndiza Lodge and Cabanas, but this was the first time I was not totally happy. The garden man was constantly in our area sweeping the terrace and looking at us and in the Cabana and the pool was very sandy and lots of bugs were in the pool. I cleaned it myself as the staff said it was clean enough. The Cabana was very clean but needs updating. The fridge was very smelly as it was closed without being connected with electrical power. I think the place is getting too commercial.
Will stay with you again. Very clean and neat, and service great. Thank You.
We first stayed in the B&B part and then in the self-catering "Cabanas". The B&B has lovely spacious rooms (en-suite of course) and is tastefully furnished and decorated. The breakfast is well prepared but maybe a bit expensive for the small amount, but I should probably mention that I weigh 130kg and eat for two! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. This is the first place in St Lucia where I have ever been able to see the sea and estuary from the accommodation's main deck. Especially beautiful! The Cabanas are acceptable for the price, the bathroom was just very impractically laid out for taller people. The entrance to the bathroom as well as the shower door is so narrow that I had to turn diagonally to move in and out of the toilet, and the toilet seat is about 10 cm from the wall, meaning that you sit half diagonally/crosswise on the toilet must traffic. I mention again that I'm a bit big and normal people probably won't complain so much about the small space. Still, this does not greatly detract from the stay, the places are particularly neat and clean. Each place has its own covered meeting place with a cute built-in braai area. Cabana means the units are built in a row facing each other with a wall separating each place, so if there are inconsiderate guests moving in it is an annoyance. Mostly it is one of the best value for money places in St Lucia. Well done Amanda.
Very peaceful, friendly service and delicious breakfast!
We were very pleased with Ndiza, we stayed in Cabana no 5 which is a bit more private. I did feel that the place was smaller than I thought and that the kitchen could do with a little upgrading. The morning meal was also a bit expensive, but we had a great stay.
I stayed one night with friends, two rooms. Would do again anytime. It was very pleasant and can recommend it.
A tranquil and beautiful place in St Lucia. The service was perfect, thank you Ethel. The cottage itself was ok, but the outside was relatively small and lacks a nice view. The bathroom was modern and comfortable.
The stay at Ndiza cabanas was very nice and will book there again anytime if we want to holiday there in the future. There were water supply problems in St. Lucia, but the Ndiza owner put a lot of effort into making a plan to solve the problem and still make the guests' stay pleasant.
Excellent service, friendly people, peaceful nature atmosphere and a fantastic experience.
The accommodation is very nice and kept very clean. Nice breakfast with a fantastic view over the ocean (in the distance). We were allowed to use the braai where the table was even set in front of us. No effort is too much for the owners/managers.

Breakfast should be offered from 07:00 and units should be ready before 14:00.

We are actually picky guests when it comes to cleanliness. We were very impressed. It was also noticeable that the staff served us cheerfully. They also gave us good recommendations for excursions and even make reservations for guests. The breakfast was fragrant and nicely served. It was of course a further bonus to enjoy it all on the beautiful wooden deck in the most beautiful garden which naturally flows into the grafted forest. The decor was chosen with an expert eye. The original artworks are a feast for the eyes. It was a privilege to stay with Ndiza. Amanda's daughter runs Little Eden where we found the same quality.
We had a wonderful stay at Ndiza Lodge. The cabana was clean, tidy and well equipped. It would be useful to know that DSTV only offers certain channels (we were not aware that it does not offer children's channels). A jungle gym by the pool/lawn would also be handy. This will give the parents a chance to quietly enjoy the delicious breakfast and view. Leona is a star! She is friendly, professional and very competent!
I would like to recommend Ndiza Lodge because of the clean and friendliness of everything and everyone. The view from the upper lodge balcony was breathtaking. Our only complaint was the tight squeeze of getting an Audi (big car) into the little parking space outside of our chalet. Apart from that, a very nice place that in my opinion has a 4 star standard maintained, despite being ungraded.
I had a wonderful stay here, and the only thing that was lacking, was that you couldn't hear the sea.
Very good
