- Only registered guests are allowed in the Bushvilla.- Loud noise, loud music, and parties are not allowed.
- No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
- There is a strict speed limit of 30 km per hour at and around the estate.
- No open fires are allowed in the bush. The villa has a boma.
- Guests must respect other guests, neighbours and all wild animals at all times.
- Note that laundry washing facilities and equipment can be used as part of the self-catering house and that once-off linen and towels will be provided for short stays.
- Should guests require clean linen and ad hoc cleaning, please notify management in advance. This can be arranged.
- Feeding wild animals is not allowed.
