We had a wonderful, relaxing time staying at Ndlovu Rest. We have had many holiday experiences in the bushveld, but none quite like this. There are so many animals that come to visit right on your doorstep, more than we have ever experienced before. The house is neat and inviting, the loft is much bigger than expected. The outside braai area and sparkling clean pool contributed to the relaxing atmosphere for both ourselves and our daughter. The house is private yet close enough to shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely accommodating and willing to assist with whatever we needed. Will highly recommend.

The house is well furnished with everything you could need. We had a very nice stay. Aircons, TV, swimming pool and wifi made the visit very comfortable. The house is neat and clean and well laid out. The animals that come to visit on your porch were a plus. We will definitely visit again!
Fantastic place with animals roaming around and sleeping next to our house. It's a quiet place that will enable you to find yourself after busy lives in the city.
It was an incredible experience. It is a beautiful house and very tidy. The owner is really a caring person who makes sure his guests are taken care of. We will definitely visit there again. The animals were all around us and it felt like the wildlife park was on our doorstep. It is an experience to be able to see all the animals so tame at your home, especially the night monkeys.

Very clean house with everything that is needed inside, except a small table in the room would be nice or in the bathroom. The animals that visited us were great, and there was no noise from any people in the surrounding area, except for the builders nearby, so we had an enjoyable stay.

On our arrival we were welcomed by two blue wildebeest and two kudus. During the course of the week, quite a few visitors came to visit our porch. Zebras, warthogs, mongooses, ostriches, muskrats, blue monkeys and night monkeys. Will use Ndlovu Rest again anytime. Thank you very much Julius!

Since we were on our way to Ndlovu Rest, the owner welcomed us and made us feel at ease, everything was already arranged and tidy when we arrived. Friendly animals also welcomed us, owner has enabled DStv for us so we don't miss the rugby. Was a wonderful life experience to be so close to animals.

We were welcomed by all the animals that come past to say hi, including Larry the warthog who was happy enough to have us scratch his belly. The place is exactly what you need to relax and take in the nature you are surrounded by. The kids loved the daily visitors of Larry and the family, kudu's, wildebeest, bush babies, ostriches as well as small duikers. It was peaceful and just what we all needed. Thank you again for everything and cant wait to go back.
I would like to thank the owners of this venue for an amazing stay and fantastic service. I was privileged to take a group there where most of the group were not from SA and it was their first visit here. They were blown away, as was I. The setup of the house is fantastic especially assisting that you can easily walk from the front door and the patio, to the pool, to the braai area without getting your feet full of sand. The balcony is a wonderful resting place any time of the day and the fact that there is no fencing around the yard is fantastic as it allows animal friends to visit from any angle. You are frequently pleasantly surprised. Another awesome convenience is how close this house is to the shopping centre and even water park. This means that you really don't even need to pack any food since you can pop into the shops on a daily basis. I love it, I love it , I love it.
