Very best place to stay in Keimond. Mandy (and Thomas) are already like family. Safe for children because you can just sit on your balcony and watch them play on the beach. The fact that they are animal friendly makes it a huge bonus! Just a bit of trouble with wi-fi not picking up.

We were kindly received. The units, although old, are clean and comfortably furnished for self-catering. The units are cleaned regularly. It was nice to be able to barbecue and hang out on the stoep. Neptune's Cove is a true gem. The beaches are beautiful and clean. We felt very safe and enjoyed the quiet. You can not get closer to the beach than this. Most restaurants and shops close on certain days, so ask about operating hours. All and all would go back anytime. Manny and Louis were accommodating as well. We also adored Thomas.
Our 4 nights were amazing. The room and unit are large. Well equipped. Was so nice to wake up every morning with the wonderful sea view. Owners are friendly and helpful. Thomas the dog was a treat, he is friendly and came to say hello every day. Braai facilities were sufficient. We will definitely be back. And highly recommended to our friends and family.

This was our first stop on our journey down the coast to the Cape. After the rush and strange roads and surroundings, it was the right place to put our feet down and rest for the rest of our journey. You can't help but just rest.

You're at the sea and you know it. You can see the sea from your lounge as well as from the gardens and can hear it and smell it wherever you are. The units are large and comfortable with enough space to swing a 13 foot fishing rod. You can come and go as you please down to the sea as its safe, so you can pop out onto the beach for a midnight ramble if you so desire. Ample fishing and photography opportunities. Next time definitely to stay for at least a week.
The view is picturesque and the rooms are lovely to stay in. It is spacious, beautiful, modern and neat. The beach is literally on your doorstep! If you want to have a quiet barbecue next to the beach or just sit on a veranda with a beautiful view while drinking a coffee or a little wine, this place is ideal. Very peaceful atmosphere and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. It's pet friendly, which is a huge bonus! Would love to come again with our dogs!

I don't easily stay in the same place twice - but I would stay here again. Stay on the beach, clean and tidy. Early morning and late afternoon you can walk calmly and safely. The village is very quiet. Very nice self-catering units. It was just a pleasure to walk on the beach and play in the sea with Thomas the guard dog.
You couldn't be closer to the beach, a place where you can forget about the rest of the world. It feels like you are on an island when you walk on the beach. Definitely a place to visit.
Neptune's Cove is very organized, the staff are friendly and are always ready to assist you with your needs. All in all a beautiful spot to relax.
For the amount we paid one would at least expect bath towels to be included, breakfast was nice although a bit expensive. White gold was also only the one roll available and no back up.
There was new grass planted right in front of our unit and we had to constantly struggle through the wet grass and mud. The owner's dog did his/her business in front of our unit twice. It was never removed or cleaned. The location is perfect.

It's very nicely located and a stone's throw from the sea. The duvet had stains on it. It probably depends on what one is satisfied with and what one expects. Old magazine was lying by toilet and the cleaning brush was on top of the toilet. The cabinet in bathroom does not look fresh and shower curtain looks lame.

The location and view of Neptune's Cove is unbeatable. The accommodation is comfortable, the hostess and host (and their lovely staff) very friendly. The atmosphere in Keimond is peaceful and nature is breathtaking. We could walk far away along the beach, even up to the ferry on the Great Kei River nearby. We never felt unsafe. The forest trail up to the river is reminiscent of the Tsitsikamma Forest. A special place we would love to return to.

Very nice modern flatlet that needs to be promoted as it does not feature on the photographs. Right on the beach and so pleasant to take a stroll on the rocks or towards the river mouth. The rocks have some fascinating features and the views are breathtaking. Quaint little town and Morgan's Bay just a stones throw away. Must say Morgan's Bay Hotel gave us the best evening meal and setting of our 10 day trip. Restaurants in Kei were closed the day we were there unfortunately. Wish we could have stayed longer to really appreciate the area and meet some more local folks.

We had a fantastic Easter holiday at Neptune’s Cove, the owners (Louise and Corne) are very accommodating, friendly and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, our only regret is they are fully booked for December.

When I considered the price for the period of our stay, I was expecting a type of backpacker-pad. What a pleasant surprise. I cannot fault anything: the setting, the price, the friendliness and efficiency of the hosts, the cleanliness and reliability of the daily service; nothing. Given the chance, I will definitely go again, eventhough not one of us fishes! What a gem: a true find.

We were kindly received by Louise and had a large and comfortable ground level living unit. The bathroom is small but functional. All that might be missing is a stove with an oven, but with a hot plate and microwave it wasn't a problem. The location is excellent - a nice sea view and just a few steps and you are on the beach.

We found the owners exceptionally friendly and helpful, very willing to be accommodating. We were made to feel part of the family, so much so that when we were leaving, before first light, Louise got up and came out to say goodbye! The buildings were very neat and well maintained. Our unit was beach facing, the beach being about 30 meters away. There seems to be very little crime in the area, as the property is not fenced or locked, but at no time did we feel unsafe. Secure parking was available round the back. We will definitely be back!
