10 guests' feedbackThe Nes is a charming house, which catered to all our needs. The neighbourhood is very quiet, so you'll have to keep too much noise down. The hosts were very friendly and were available if needed. I would surely visit The Nes again if I visit Cape Town.
What a lovely getaway for 4 girlfriends. Safe area and anything and everything is just an Uber ride away. The Jaccuzzi was a nice treat. Perfect for 2 couples or 4 friends who don't mind sharing 2 queen trundle beds. We are very grateful for the inverter and cute shiny plans to counter load shedding a little. My vehicle had to park on the side road, but the area is so peaceful and safe that it didn't bother me at all. We happily recommend The Old Biscuit Factory for an unforgettable experience and Eatstanbul Restaurant's food was unbeatable. Thank you very much for an unforgettable visit and pampering.
We love Vredehoek due to its quiet neighbourhood and proximity to all the major attractions Cape Town has to offer. Friendly and accommodating host, very comfortable stay, and close to places to eat.
Very neat and clean, central and the place is furnished with everything you will need.
Made use of this accommodation during Mining Indaba. Was a very nice area to stay a bit noisy from the city.
Champagne and a jacuzzi go together like butter and a bran muffin.
The view is fantastic and you don't even get the feeling that you are in the city. The Jacuzzi was heavenly and Louis was a great host. Will definitely want to go there again in the future.
Very nice place, with very good communication between agents. Peaceful place not for parties or young groups but for good couples get away.
The place was clean. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable. Private. The treats Nes left were well enjoyed!
With load shedding in mind, gas plates would have helped a lot. I would not recommend it during the rainy season. The layout is very interesting, but the second bedroom is not connected to the living area under cover. This means that the accommodation is on the expensive side, if comfort is taken into account. Space-wise, the living area is on the small side for six. Louis and Thys are both gallant hosts.
