Eersterivierstrand is paradise. Nothing quite like it anywhere else in the country. Net Hier is the perfect place to soak up all that Eersterivierstrand has to offer. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed it very much. You are right on the sea, the waves lull you to sleep. Make sure you buy everything you need before you go. What really should have been mentioned is that there is a pot for potty food. It would have made a delicious dish. Definitely worth it. If you can, pack a fan and maybe a barbecue. It is necessary.
It is a lovely, spotless place and the owners have put a lot of effort into the place. It is even more beautiful and bigger than in the photos. We will go again for sure. The outside patio is also a lovely place to hang out. Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it.

Net Hier is located in a beautiful area with a lovely view of the ocean. It needs some maintenance but I would recommend it as there are not many places left like it along the coast.

On arrival, we were surprised to see that a covered patio had now been added with a braai - it was lovely to sit there and enjoy the outdoors when the drizzle came down. Definitely a fantastic addition to the accommodation.
Had a wonderful stay at Net Hier. Nice location and fantastically furnished. As always, the weather was also fantastic. Great for any family with kids looking for easy access to the beach. Photos are also true reflection of interior.

Most beautiful sea view ever! Everything you need and more is available in the apartment. Netflix and WiFi were definitely the highlight of the weekend. Just didn't know it was a 3 story apartment and you would be in the lower section. Received email 1 day ahead of time with all the information from the owner. I feel it should be like this on the website that you will only have the lower part, because the photo (of the house) is misleading and makes it look like you have the whole house. But Only Here we will definitely see again.
The apartment is very neat and everything one might need is available. Easy access to the beach and all you hear is the waves crashing against the rocks. Will definitely want to come again.

Eerste River is a piece of paradise hidden from the world. Net Hier is wonderfully situated for small children with a nice piece of grass in front. Only negative is that you cannot pull your vehicle closer to unload your luggage, hump that you have to walk up and down because it is the bottom floor of the building. Other than that I would recommend Net Here for sure.

We had a very lovely time there. House was clean and tidy when we arrived. The caretaker was very friendly and available at all times should we need his help. We will definitely want to check in there again soon.
You can't put a price on a view like that. It was really just what we needed. The beautiful clean beach and sea view was food for the soul.
The accommodation is lovely and has all the needed luxuries of basic modern life. The bathrooms are well situated with extractor fans in the building. The kitchen was well equipped and we'll built, will be using some of these designs in my own living space. The twin beds were children's beds and were not suitable for adults to sleep comfortably on. The other two rooms beds were comfortable. Location to the beach was great. Still trying to figure out where snorkeling can be done as the currents were not safe. A warning about the access to the accommodation main door would be great for those with mobility issues. I appreciated the warning about the dirt road and to bring food with us. They also had some basic entertainment in the accommodation.

We are a family of five with three small children. The unit is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. I received consistently good communication from the owner. Although the 10 km dirt road to Eersterivier is a bit rough, the accommodation makes it worth it.
The place was easy to find and very clean with all you need, kitchen well equipped. The place is much smaller than the pictures shows, may the square meters should be displayed to give a clearer indication. We have no complaints besides the beds definitely need to be upgraded, they are not comfortable at all. A queen bed in the main room will make a huge difference for the bigger guest. Beach views from the apartment are great. Overall a fantastic stay and place. We made beautiful memories as a family.
You won't find accommodation closer to the beach than this. The view from the sitting room and main bedroom is wonderful. The beach's rock formations and hidden gems are a must-see.
I just feel that despite sleeping 6 people, the living area is too small for 6 people.

Right here is the most beautiful 3-bedroom house hidden in the Eerste River area. The waves literally break in front of your feet here where you stand and grill. In the evening the waves lull you to sleep. To be honest one of the best ever. Can't wait to book with Net Hier again one day. It was the most incredible experience, one with nature. Fully equipped with everything and more. Friendly service, neat and tidy.
We had a great stay in the apartment. It's comfortable and clean and the view is fantastic, just a pity we couldn't stay longer. The resort itself is neat and safe. Would love to stay there again seeing as my son lives in Port Elizabeth it is conveniently close.
We had a really nice stay at Net Hier. The view is atmosphere was breathtaking. The cottage has everything to make your stay comfortable. And Joubert was a very good host and quickly helped us out with any problems we had.

Really enjoyed my time at Net Hier. Very good location, clean and tidy. There just isn't a Jacuzzi as advertised, but that didn't bother us. It is also in Eersterivierstrand and not Stormsrivier.
The best accommodation, safe, only sea and sea. Here it is just rest, relaxation and so safe.
This holiday accommodation is conveniently located, and the environment is focused on the safety of "our children and pedestrians" as the roadside notices read. Everywhere children frolic between the houses and make new friends, play on the beaches and enjoy the wonderful nature. We saw a sea otter swimming among the rocks through our bedroom window. Although the dirt road to Eersterivier was a bit corrugated iron, the beautiful landscape through which you drive soon made up for it. Great place and will definitely visit again!
It was very good here. The road there is difficult. We were there for 2 days and had enough supplies, it can probably cause problems in case of rain. The place itself is heavenly.
Only Here is truly a tonic for one's soul. We could not get tired of watching the spectacle of waves against the rocks for hours. The location couldn't be better - on the beach so to speak. The unit could do with a bit of paint/refurbishment, but I believe it's hard to keep up with it, as the dampness of the sea takes its toll. I would recommend that the glasses be topped up a bit - only 3 wine glasses in a place that accommodates 6 people. Net Hier is highly recommended though - just don't expect five star accommodation. Delight in what you can observe around you and enjoy the experience.
Just Here No 7 is good value for money and the location couldn't be better. House next door had 20 guests (10 children alone) which was quite disturbing. Not sure if this is what was agreed with the owner or if house can really accommodate the amount of people.

Very comfortable and neat. Unit very well equipped with all you need. Can't really recommend to family with small children as the garden is not fenced and leads directly to the rocks with steep cliffs of about 3 to 4 m above the water. The walkway from your car to the entrance is slippery when wet. They might want to upgrade that for older people. But all in all, you will not find a unit with better views and feeling for the ocean - you are almost right in the water! Nothing better than to wake up in the morning with the waves breaking a mere 30 m from your room window. We were 5 people who could stay together comfortably.

What a beautiful setup. We loved the short walk to the beach. Noisy waves and family setup of this house. Just come prepared as the closest grocery shop is 54 km away in Humansdorp. We will be definitely back.

Our stay at Net Hier was first class. The view is amazing and the area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is extremely neat, well equipped and child-friendly (our children are 6 and 9 years old). There is a beautiful beach 200 m from the apartment and we had a lot of fun playing in the water. It is important to take cash with you to pay the day fee and cleaning fee, as there are no ATMs or shops in the immediate vicinity. The dirt road was in good condition during our stay and completely passable with a normal sedan. We will definitely book again!
The reception was really friendly and the flat well equipped. The view of the sea was beautiful and the beach just a stone's throw away. Only negative was the 9 km gravel road to Eersterivier, even though the road was in good condition. Would really recommend Net Hier.
Very well equipped! Comfortable beds. Well located, right by the beach. It's a beautiful beach! Just be aware of the extra night fees that we were not informed about in advance. There is also a smell in the house. But it's still worth staying there - we enjoyed it so much!
