Kitchen and living area really great!
Ran out of gas. No assistance. It was difficult with a 3-year-old and load shedding. Agent at night told me it was my issue that I had to take up with the owner. Charged R1000 breakage fee. Had to wait for it to be returned to my bank account.
The view was amazing and it's a 5 minute drive to the beach which was also great. Would do it again anytime.
The service, house, everything was just fantastic. We couldn't have asked for better, thank you very much.
I feel that if a website does the bookings and billing, everything should be paid to them. Regarding of breakage. How can I pay R1000 for breakages, but the letting agent does not want to walk through when receiving the key. How sure am I what is broken or not. When I requested this I was given the cold shoulder. But we soon took video clips of als in the house as well as defects and it seems to have worked. It could become a gem of a place to stay and has a fantastic location and space is amazing.

Net Net House is a perfect holiday home for summertime. Close to the beach. It is definitely not for winter being far too cold.

We spent the weekend visiting the children and grandchildren. Nice spacious house and child friendly.
You have to wait an hour before you can bathe. The water for the dishes is also the same. The pots are terribly dirty. They charge you a cleaning fee, but I had to sweep and mop the house. They charge you a fine if you don't recycle. How should I recycle to rinse my things if there is no proper water? It would be a very nice stay if people would just clean the place before guests come too.
