No loud noise after 21:00, there will be an additional fine for any loud noise complaints, with zero tolerance.
Please be aware of monkeys.
Black bags remain in units or otherwise in green bins at the complex.
The cleaning fee is the exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee.
Please don’t lock house keys inside the apartment.
Please let us know if you will be bringing a trailer down in advance as we need to notify the complex before arrival for smooth access.
Once entry amenities have finished please restock yourselves.
No parties or events.
No Matric rage is permitted.
A fine will be implemented if rules are broken.

For any power outage faults, this property doesn’t have a generator but does provide battery lighting.
Please ensure they are plugged in and charging so you are not left in the dark. Please let us know of any power outages so we can report them to the necessary department.
