There are 2 houses on-site that are booked together. The first house comprises 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed. The second house has a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed while the second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. Each house has 2 bathrooms fitted with a shower and there is also an outdoor bathroom available.
There is a communal lapa with plenty of dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, cutlery and crockery. The lapa includes a lounge area with a TV and DStv.
Ngala Kulala Safaris has both indoor and outdoor braai facilities so guests can choose whether they want to braai inside the lapa or outside under the stars. Guests can also cool down in the splash pool.
The farm's dirt roads are also suitable for mountain biking and trail running. Guests will be able to see a few impalas, blesbok, zebras, blue wildebeest, eland, kudu and nyalas. Guests can drive around with their own vehicle, or on the farm's game drive wagon. The Sand River crosses Ngala in a few places and if it flows nicely some fish can be caught. Ngala Kulala also has a wide variety of bird species.

The owner helped us sort out a punctured tyre and went above and beyond. The tracker ride through the bush was lovely. Five star service! And five star accommodation!
If you are planning a weekend away for two families with kids, this is your place! It was wonderful. Each family had their own sleeping quarters and we entertained in the central lapa. It was exquisite. The service was impeccable. Siya made the fire for us every day and the staff were so kind to us. Thank you so much for such a wonderful Experience!
Hosea and Bongani take such good care of you. They make sure everything is right and clean all the time. The communication with Jana (the owner) is easy and Jana is very friendly and helpful. We did game drives with Hosea and the farm is beautiful. We really had a great time and would book here again.
We had such a great time on this beautiful farm. Most beautiful woodland, absolute rest for the soul. We will definitely visit again soon!
The accommodation is very neat and well maintained. Pool is a plus to cool off in the hot weather. Various species of game were seen during the game drive. Better photos could be posted of the accommodation and kitchen/living area.
Easy and peaceful visit in nature. Nice campfire. Outdoor shower is a winner. What more could you ask for?
Calm atmosphere. Even furnished for a winter visit. We enjoyed it very much.
The 5 persons had the best experience of the forest. We could rest and visit to our heart's content. The game drive was an added bonus! Thanks to the cleaners who made the weekend five stars.

There is a cleaning service, which cleans the houses daily. This is included in the rate, but if guests wish to, they are welcome to add something extra.Each group gets a fair amount of wood. When used up, wood can be supplied at an additional cost. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood as well.

Guests must please bring their own swimming towels. Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
