Timothy, Precious and Love somemore are wonderful people. Make you feel so welcome and focus on all the little things to make your stay comfortable. Everyone so friendly, accommodation modern and tidy.
I highly recommend Ngala Lodge to anyone looking to get away from the city for a weekend or holiday. The staff carried us on their hands. They were very thoughtful, kind and respectful. It was the most wonderful experience! Timothy who makes the most delicious food, Precious who transforms every table setting into something interesting, Lovemore who makes the game drives an experience and Elias who almost falls over his feet to fulfill every wish properly. It was the best wedding anniversary ever! We were almost ashamed that these 4 beautiful people served us like that!
Had a wonderful stay, such a beautiful place in the silence of the forest. Very quiet, private and the service is very personal. You are very well taken care of. Food was incredibly delicious and game drive was just as delicious. Many thanks to everyone at Ngala for a nice visit.
