Neat and clean. Very nice big comfy bed. The panel beating in the parking lot is not appropriate for a guesthouse.
I loved the fact that we didn't experience load shedding. That was a lifesaver. Great place.
Units very clean and tidy. Maid service every day was a bonus. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Gate bell was unfortunately broken so had to struggle a bit to contact hostess to open (we are from Namibia so SIM cards were not sorted out yet). Would definitely stay there again anytime. The rooms were also very private. Worked perfectly for us who went as a large group. We were all together, but still had the necessary privacy.

It started well but ended badly. The room was clean and tidy. The location is next to a major road so it was a bit noisy. The WiFi router had a blue light that kept us awake quite a bit. It was very disturbing. The staff on site were pathetic. I mentioned we need to check out early and they were not ready to sign us out. The gate wouldn't open and it was a story and a half to get them to wake up to help us. One opened the door and climbed back into bed. The outside person provided better service than the two staff members on site. Very weak.
The stay was amazing.
The location is very problematic, very busy street corner and intersection, very noisy. The management tries to control it as best as possible. Entrance to the parking area close to the intersection and the rush traffic does not allow you to drive in and out comfortably, don't know how it can change. Would definitely recommend Nia as an overnighter from the point of view of comfort and cleanliness. Nice close to the pool under the patio by the deck. Very convenient.
It's homely. I feel sorry for those who don't like dogs because dogs run around freely and come to the rooms. You can tell that there are still renovations taking place while guests are still relaxing in the morning, trying to rest.
Service was not so good when we arrived in terms of hospitality or making us feel comfortable. No one actually checked in on us to find out if we were OK or needed any further assistance seeing that we needed a broom and mop. Found that very strange.
Photos must be updated. You have no view. Shower door is broken along with the cupboard doors. Dogs come into the apartment and are a nuisance.
Room was adequately equipped with good Wi-Fi for a short business trip. Owner was very accommodating with a rather late "Check-In" time.

Parking is a bit tight. The rooms were neat. The swimming area is not located by the rooms, but by the owner's porch itself.
When viewing the venue on the website, we came across the fact that breakfast will be served, but to our surprise we were informed that those services were no longer inclusive. The area in front of the pool is not accessible to guests. Other concerns were indicated to the management.
The place was small and you can't sit and eat properly and the cupboards with plates are in the air, couldn't reach, sink is small, couldn't wash up properly and the pool was cleaned but still dirty.
Our experience at the guest house was a bit disappointing, my experience was that the owner is not really up to date with certain basic things: no dish soap, no dish towels, no clean towels, got by with one set of towels the whole week, no cleaning service, TV did not work at all, curtains did not suit the unit at all, I would like to see the owner address this to receive any further guests. Hot water capacity has also been a constant problem, especially now that it is winter.
There have been dirty dishes in the cupboards. Their dogs were not leashed and jumped on the car when we arrived. They were unreachable for arrival and departure. Unreachable physically and by phone. Refrigerator was not cleaned. Not enough glasses for the amount of people booked. Fruit was left in the cupboard, question if the place was ever cleaned. It's unacceptable! Location is really nice and very central.
