Nieuwland is a beautiful holiday home with modern features located in the popular and secure Langebaan Country Estate which is designed by Gary Player and Black Knights. This home is situated close to a large playground and has a lovely lagoon view on one side and a view of the golf course on the other side.

The main bedroom has direct access to a balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed. It also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, double vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. A shower is available in the second bathroom, while the third bathroom has a shower and a bath. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and access to the outdoor entertainment area is through this room. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area occupies the top level of the home and features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with ample seating and on the other side, there is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Also available on this level, is a bar with 2 bar fridges and a cosy indoor braai room on the top level. On the ground level, there is another TV room that opens up onto the ground patio. This patio also features an outdoor dining table, bar fridge, a gas braai and a pizza oven. This backyard is completely fenced and overlooks the golf course.
The garage can unfortunately not be used for parking but the driveway has parking space for 4 vehicles. Guests are, however, allowed to use the 2 bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer that is in the garage. Langebaan Country Estate also features a communal swimming pool area, a gym, a clubhouse, tennis courts, putt-putt as well as the 18-hole golf course.

1 guests' feedbackWe had an absolutely wonderful time and the kids had enough space to play and keep themselves entertained. Play area was just around the corner so that was a bonus. Really beautiful and tranquil. Nice that they have an inverter and the host was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. The place is very well-kept and feels like home.
