Infront of the pizzeria we have a big lawn with a jungle gym build especially for children.

Friendly reception. Place is very neat and clean.
What a beautiful little place and the most friendly people made me and my family feel right at home.

Very comfortable, glad there is an indoor braai. Restaurant on site means you don't have to drive into town. Breakfast was delicious, and very reasonably priced. Hostess is very helpful and friendly.

The accommodation suited our requirements. Unfortunately, on the second day of our stay, very noisy neighbours arrived and this certainly spoiled it for us. This is the risk one faces if you stay in close proximity to your neighbours. I would recommend the accommodation to a friend, but would inform them of our experience regarding the noise.
We were a group of 6 friends and really enjoyed it. We had breakfast at the restaurant on Sunday, which was also really nice. Service was good.

It was a lovely old farmhouse to visit and stay in. The only complaint is that there is no living room in the house. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the weekend.

We had such a great time at Nine Oaks Self-catering Accommodation. Cute little houses, cutely furnished, everything you need and very safe. What surprised me was the coffee shop and gift shop on site. The best cup of coffee ever (I'm a coffee snob) and wow, very nice meal at the restaurant. My 3 year old also thoroughly enjoyed himself running around there. We will definitely visit again.
We checked in late and easily found our spot with the hostess's directions. Place was clean and comfortable. Had a great sleep.

Very neat and friendly service.
Because I am a guest house owner myself, I know attention to detail is very important. Here are some points to pay attention to. Dust on furniture. Wash the bathroom mat. Glass from the shower on the tub's edge leaks water onto the floor. Bathroom rechargeable light not working. One of the bedside lights does not work. The extra blanket in the master bedroom is broken. Maybe there can be a small amount of gas available for making coffee if there is loadshedding. Also maybe just look at hair in the sink holes. There was a long hair in the kitchen sink. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you very much.

Perfectly located for a visit to the Cape Winelands.
The cottage is suitable for 5 people with ease. The facilities are basic and provide the family staying longer than one night with what is needed. There is not much wardrobe space for clothes for the long-stay guests.
Breathtaking, neat, beautiful farm location. More than I expected. Friendly people. Anytime I will definitely visit Nine Oaks Self-catering Accommodation again.

We enjoyed our stay, but there is a few things that can be looked at. The fridge was to o small for a long term stay, the fridge didn't cool like it's supposed to. The loft room was very hot, would recommend a fan. The air con doesn't cool there. The couch in the living room can be replaced, it's not up to standard.
The location is excellent and the driver is very helpful. Quite expensive and small, so good for a base, but not necessarily spending time there.
Lots to do nearby and all in close proximity.
Staying at Nine Oaks is like staying over at the farm of a family friend - from the get-go we felt so welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view from the lawn. The houses were neat and well equipped with al the basic facilities - everything one would need for a relaxing getaway from the city! The swimming pool was also a treat and we would definitely recommend Nine Oaks!

Excellent accommodation out of town but also in town. Had a problem with my car and they were very accommodating when I couldn't vacate at 10am.
For a couple who want to get away alone it is a good idea, but there was nothing for our children to do. The pool was dirty and very far away. We stayed in Laan 1 and the faucets in the bathroom were not nice. There could also be more comfortable chairs on the porch.
Bedding old and in need of replacement. Other than a fantastic location there is really nothing to recommend. Furniture in living room is missing. The one sofa that was there could not handle the weight of two people and we sat on cushions on the floor.

It was a great time, we could easily drive to the beach or visit the wineries. In the evening we barbecued or went to eat at one of the restaurants that are also located on wine farms. In the morning we went for a walk on the farm and simply ate some of the grapes hanging from the vines. There is a swimming pool to cool off and a laundry on site. The cottage is well equipped, with really everything we needed. It is not luxurious, but everything is beautiful and effort has been made with decor. The view is breathtaking, it is quiet safe and close to everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay there again.
The house and bedding were clean and tidy, and in a quiet and peaceful environment. There was sufficient crockery and knives and forks, but a shortage of pots and pans for larger groups who want to make their own food. We had a great stay and had a great time.

The places are very nicely furnished and clean.
Cold and wet. The pillows need a wash and the bedding is shabby.
