The apartment has 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a comfortable double sleeper couch in the dining room. The unit has a second bathroom. Linen, bedding and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own beach towels.
The apartment has a beautifully furnished open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with, tumble drier, washing machine microwave etc. There is TV, and DStv decoder. DStv is permanently activated for guests.
There is a lovely veranda with sliding doors leading off the lounge. The veranda has a gas braai and offers superb sea view. Secure off-road parking is available within the complex grounds.
This unit is ideally located as it is very close to central Margate as well as to the main beach. Access to the beach is from a gate at the bottom end of the complex and is approximately 100 m walk to the main beach.

11 guests' feedbackVery nice unit which needs slight maintenance. The bedding was not dry and stank the whole room out. Everything else in the unit is perfect. The location is terrible, with people doing toilet business right in front of you. Dodging sewage to get to the dirty beach. Go somewhere else.
We had a wonderful stay, it's only the parking that can be a problem, it's very small, but luckily for us there were no guests in no. 3 not, so we can use their parking.
Beautiful place, clean and cosy, we were thrilled, we will come back soon, thank you so much.

Arrabella is absolutely everything that can be expected and more. Will definitely go there again and tell all our friends.
It is close to everything yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. Nice spacious apartment with a nice sea view. We will definitely use it again in the future.
Accommodation was very good. The views were excellent. We will definitely be back. It is not a six sleeper as advertised though, as the couch we think would be a bit small!
I would stay at No 4 Arabella anytime.

House rules
All children aged between 0 - 18 pay 100% of the adult rate.Daily dish services are charged at R100 per day
Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by 2 adults.
A refundable breakages deposit of R500 is charged and will be refunded into guests bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form back if there are no losses or breakages.
All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than 1 week prior to occupation.
50% of the total rental amount is to be paid upon reservation, the balance to be paid directly to Zest Holidays 1 week prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 1 week of guests arrival then the full amount is due at the time of booking.
No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
No smoking allowed inside units.
The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
None of the accommodation is suitable for guests who intend playing loud music, playing boisterous and noisy games or holding parties of any sort.
If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.
Time of arrival strictly 1 pm.
Time of departure strictly 10 am
