Fabulous host who was very welcoming and accommodating to our specific needs. The unit is well laid out, comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a stay in Cape Town.
We only stayed one night and spent very little time at the guest house. That said, the room was well-equipped, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The accommodation was comfortable and conveniently situated to local amenities.

The accommodation is very comfortable with a king size bed. It is safe here and with the heating ideal for winter. The full DStv is also a big plus! It is also only 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the city center.

Situated in a great location close in Newlands, around the corner from Claremont and Rondebosch which was ideal for our needs. The unit is spotlessly clean, with great facilities - we loved the Scandinavian-type aesthetic which was bright and airy - complete with pod-coffee machine, comfortable bed and great shower. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.
Beautiful modern unit with plenty of space. Tastefully furnished. Two rooms to choose from. Lovely bed with good linen. Electric towel rack. Nespresso machine with extra coffee/tea treats. Snappy Chef picture. Accessories practical and of excellent quality. Parking safe. Outdoor area well designed, and includes Weber. Hostess very helpful.

The hosts at No.9 Keurboom are very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful and offered insightful advice in all aspects regarding Capetown. We are from Botswana where there is no Uber and our host Liels introduced us to Uber which was such a great experience. Our great experience at No.9 Keurbooom made our holiday in Capetown enjoyable and an experience to remember.
We stayed in no. 9 for a week. The room is neat, clean, modern and well equipped. It is very safe and there is parking right at the front door. Well located close to Newlands and other attractions. The hostess, Liesl, is helpful and friendly. The only negative thing is the noise the traffic makes.

Our stay in the stylish, comfortable and spotless apartment was nice. The apartment was equipped with enough coffee (also capsule espresso), tea and everything we needed. The service was very good and prompt and not in our way. It is probably not part of the service but any inquiries about places, routes, etc. was answered very helpfully. Sometimes we had to wait until the end of the cycle of the robot on the corner, but it was not a problem. The cross street by the robot is a local main route and we had no trouble getting along. There is moderate rush hour traffic noise and it didn't bother this city boy. During the rest of the time, the traffic was not noticeable. We slept very peacefully (and woke up in glorious morning sun). Our stay was a pleasure and value for money.
This is a compact and modern facility e.g. induction plate cooker and Nespresso machine. Solid down to earth furnishings with a clear modern style. A small backyard suitable for outdoor supper equipped with a Weber. A safe closed up parking in front of the flat is provided. It lived up to our expectations. I recommend it for a business traveller or someone who wants to explore Cape Town and the peninsula for a pleasant, reasonable, comfortable late afternoon/overnight stay.
