Nomand’s Nook 1 is a charming self-catering ground-floor apartment, situated on the South Coast of the picturesque Ramsgate.

This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, 4 adults and 2 children, and comprises 3 tastefully designed bedrooms, 1 with access to a patio and 2 of the 3 rooms have sea views. Guests can hear the waves crashing in the distance. The main bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. In a separate scullery, there’s a fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The kitchen expands to a 6-seater dining table with chairs and further extends to the lounge area furnished with comfy seating space and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

Through the sliding doors of the lounge, guests can step out onto the patio, which offers an uninterrupted and breathtaking view of the sea. Outdoor furniture and lounges are provided, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner while watching the beautiful sunset.

The apartment has a battery that provides electricity during load shedding.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises and have access to the communal swimming pool, and braai facilities, providing opportunities for leisure and outdoor gatherings.

The main beach, which enjoys blue flag status, is within walking distance from the unit and also houses the famous Waffle House and Blue Lagoon Restaurant.
