Very friendly people, it was a very pleasant visit and the accommodation and surroundings are beautiful.
The public road up to Nonnashoek's gate is in a terrible condition due to lots of rain and no maintenance. The farm road to the guest house is fairly well maintained by the owner.
Hostess and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Place is so neat and it is relaxing and everything is great to dream ponder and return home full of courage.
My wife and I recommend this B&B with an open mind.
Garden is well maintained. Dinner was interesting and convivial. We learned about and got some of their delicious apples.
We were a family of 3 adults looking for self-catering accommodation and Nonnashoek offers B&B accommodation. Helene agreed without hesitation that we could use the self-catering option and even had our dishes washed daily and the rooms serviced daily. They even provided firewood. We had a really nice stay and were very kindly received and taken care of. We will definitely use Nonnashoek again, the hospitality was great.

The advertisement was a little confusing with regard to breakfasts. This was, however, of no consequence and we had a wonderful time in the beautifully appointed accommodation. Our hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to see that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We will recommend this accommodation to our friends.
We spent 2 nights on Nonnashoek and really enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for the hospitality and the nice breakfast and dinner. The farm is close to the town and all the beautiful sights of the Eastern Free State. Will definitely visit you again.

Gorgeous gardens where my dogs were made welcome, and charming accommodation with fun and fabulous antiques. Friendly who provided a delicious dinner to this weary traveller! Highly recommended.
It's been really a great experience and value for money. I loved the fact that there was a fully equipped kitchen! The decor is something special. The road to the guest house was a bit poor, but not too bad given that it is situated on a farm! I would definitely stay there again! A peaceful place in astonishing surroundings.
We slept so well thank you for your hospitality, so peaceful especially with a small child it is nice and open and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the most beautiful place ever. My child asks every day when are we going to visit again! Thank you very much again.

We had a nice stay even though our hostess was not there due to circumstances. We would have liked to have met her, but our host was very pleasant and served a delicious breakfast. The Christian atmosphere is good for a person. The dirt road is not good, hopefully they get rain so it can be scraped. Merry Christmas to them and their guests.
The place was easy to find and was very clean, comfortable and the hostess very friendly and helpful.
The peaceful atmosphere and friendly hospitality is a wonderful combination. It's nice and close to Bethelehem's shops, Clarens and the Golden Gate. No two meals were the same, very tasty! The rooms are cozy and well furnished and the garden is beautiful with many corners where you can get quiet. Will definitely go there again!
