The other 4 bedrooms have single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, while the other 2 bathrooms have showers. There is also an outdoor showing with hot water. All bedding and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, bar fridge and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The living area opens up onto a shaded patio area on one side which has a patio set and braai facilities; and onto a balcony on the other side which has an outdoor seating area with beautiful views towards the ocean. The cottage has an inverter to help with lights, TV and Wi-Fi during loadshedding.

Excellent location with beautiful view of sea, river and mountains. The place is nice and comfortable and very well equipped. An ideal place to kick off your shoes and relax. The manager, Jeaneke, was very helpful.
Just dirty outside and full of cobwebs - lots of spiders.
Perfect home for any type of group. House is the perfect holiday home. Couldn't ask for better.

The house is located in such a way that we had a beautiful view of the beach. It is also equipped with more than necessary, of a good quality. Highly recommended. Also safe for small children.
While kitchen was well-equipped and was spacious we found the bedrooms to be very small, tight and cold. The lounge area has uncomfortable couches and very small even for 4 people. I can't imagine where 6 people would sit inside to relax if we were 6 (the house says it can accommodate 8 - 10 but there would be nowhere to sit inside should it rain or at night when you want to relax inside. Please remind cleaning staff to clean both braais. Grids were terribly dirty (or provide brushes to clean with).
We stayed so comfortably in this clean, light, equipped and nicely located house on Onrus' lagoon and beach. Wide views and yet quieter than the beach houses that line the road. At night there is only the soft sound of the sea when you sit outside with your toes against the fire, and you can imagine that everything is going well. A peaceful resting place for the virus-weary.
