Nice stay, quiet and peaceful area, pool a bonus. Accommodation neat and clean. We did not use the kitchen. Only stayed for a short period. Would recommend that security gates be installed in front of the sliding doors - would like to leave the doors open late afternoon and early evening - it gets stuffy and safety is always something we think about.
Nice place very quite. Good value for money. And Ivan was very helpful when I need to change the dates for my booking.
Nossa Casa was a place for us to sleep over as we wanted to visit the Wildlife Garden as a day visitor and would mostly not be at Nossa Casa. The arrangements went smoothly and we were in touch with each other every now and then, thank you very much. So as a place to sleep it met our expectations and the price was very reasonable. There weren't any training classes so it didn't bother, but it's also clear that there will be. However, the following bothered me a lot: There were still cookies of soap and shampoo in the shower as well as the sink. There were used razors and shaving soap in the box. The shower's grout was full of mold. The shower curtain was in a knot on the rail. When we wanted to untie it, it was so moldy that we just left it like that. There was a winter sheet on the bed, and this in the middle of December. Complaint from everyone is about the white curtains. This is a problem as the neighbor left his lights on behind and they shined through to us. The air conditioner's exhaust blades (which regulate the direction of the exhaust) are broken. The oven was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The stove is old and plastered with stickers for directions. Does not create a good image. The fridge was dirty, especially the freezer compartment. There was old milk in the fridge. The pool was grass green. We would have loved to swim in it while it was this hot. The patio furniture at our apartment is falling apart. We couldn't get the TV to turn on.
Will go back again.
My wife and I were very impressed by Ivan's hospitality. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place was neat and well maintained. We would definitely recommend it!
The cycling spinning class next to our cottage woke us up at 7am on Saturday morning! The curtains are not tight and therefore the sunlight in the morning wakes you up too early. Please get dark colored curtains to keep the darkness in. The sleeper couch is much too hard to sleep on.
People were very helpful and place is very quiet and very nice. Close to shops and restaurants.
The plug in die bathroom's basin doesn't seal properly. There was a lot of noise from 06:45 when the ladies next door started to exercise. The iron is full of plastic and can't be used.
The place is beautiful, has enough space but the landlord does not seem to care enough about people booking because the noise from other room is too much in the morning, I think if they can put the music softer it should be better.
