House rules

The number of guests must strictly adhere to the number of guests booked and paid for.
Every inquiry must show the number of children as well as their ages.
This house sleeps a maximum of 4 people and this includes children of all ages.

Please note the following is not allowed: day visitors, extra guests staying over, parties, loud music, and smoking indoors.

Beach towels are supplied.

The house is pet-friendly but by prior arrangement only.

Pet house rules:
Only socially friendly pets are welcome.
Owners must bring their own pet beds, bedding and towels. Sofas and beds are strictly for human use only.
Pets are not to be left by themselves under any circumstances, both inside and outside the house.
Pet owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets, either by teeth, claws, bad potty training or territorial markings.
All hair left behind by pets is the sole responsibility of the pet owner and should be cleaned up before departure.

Stays of 6 days or longer, receive 1 refresh cleaning service
This includes the following only:
- Change of bed linen, bath towels and kitchen cloths.
- Sweeping and mopping of house
- Cleaning of bathrooms and refilling of toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet)
- Sweeping of the patio and cleaning of the braai area.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged beforehand and will be at an additional cost.
Please note that if the booking is made for a couple, the main bedroom and bathroom will be prepared, the second bedroom and bathroom will be closed.
Should 2 guests require 2 bedrooms, this must be communicated during the enquiry process, and can only be arranged at an additional cost, which will be provided by the host.
