Upon arrival, many guests have commented that they feel as if they have entered a small village, with it's gardens that still retain the old world charm of yesteryear and the wide variety of bird life.
We are a 3 minute walk to Florida CBD and only 2.5km from UNISA Florida Campus, close to the Main Reef Road, Industrial area, Flora Clinic and Ontdekkers Road.
There are nine fully furnished rooms that have, en-suite bathrooms with showers only. Guest rooms all have private entrances, as well as tea/coffee facilities, SABC TV, electrical blankets, heaters, fans and secure parking. The guest rooms do not form part of the house.
We have a laundry area that has a iron and ironing board so your clothes can stay fresh, as well as having a and microwave oven available for your use to warm up any goodies you may require to do.
All rooms have various menu's from different food outlets in the area, such as Mr. Delivery, so you can ordered for yourself and whatever you choose will be delivered to your room.

21 guests' feedbackThere are 2 things that bothered: No toilet paper, but they brought after we asked for a roll. The shower was not clean.
From lights out, power plugs not working, bedding changed and not looking good, room smelled musty, had to give cash from balance, no card facilities, room poorly cleaned, bed not neatly made, bins not emptied and now still waiting for my change and also receipt. Recommend to place not safe considering environment and please check this place really not good advertisement for website and I have been with you for years. Urgent request to inspect about quality. Their fee is more than a place to sleep in Bloemfontein and there it was star quality.
Nice, quaint place. Appreciated how clean it was, also how easily I was able to book it, a very helpful, professionally-run guest house. Thank you so much.

Initially struggled to get in on arrival.
The bed is in desperate need of replacing as it sags substantially in the middle but the room is otherwise as expected.
It's a very peaceful place. Assistance is always nearby. It's clean and comfortable.
The floors and shower floor were dirty! The bedside mats were covered in dust and sand! Don't know how they got a 3 star grading.
Although the customer service is excellent, the building is very old and not well maintained. The bedding is old and washed out, and the rooms are not particularly well cleaned.
Water was cold. No toilet paper at the toilet. No water at fridge, we had to use water from toilet basin.
How can it be called a B&B if breakfast is not offered? The rooms are stinking, expired food left in the fridge, the beds are finished making noise, itchy blankets and some guest smoke inside the rooms. I was not impressed with that B&B - no more!
Warm and welcoming and clean, no regrets at all, good value for money!
We had a lot of fun here, and I loved the art and the little hotel like touches, such as a little chocolate on the bed, and those little soaps and shower caps. I thought it was quite cosy, and just what we needed. However, it is fairly small, so there's not much too do in the rooms. each room had heaters and heated blankets, and one of the rooms had a really large shower, so all in all, we enjoyed staying here. Thank you O'Hanna's Guest House.

Stayed at O'Hanna's B&B & Guest House for 22 days while doing a practical at UNISA.
We had a warm welcome by Betty-Ann and the stay was excellent. We will definitely come back to O'Hanna's next time we're in the area.
Laundry and ironing facilities get a thumbs up since these items are included in the cost.
Cleanliness still needs to be improved. Otherwise, decent.

This place is very nice and quite, really good for relaxation. More like a home of your own - where you get everything you want. Very clean and spacious and good value for money. We received excellent service from our hosts.
