The cottage is clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay. It's located in town, walking distance from shops. The people are friendly. We had a wonderful stay. I will not stay in any other place if I come to Riversdal.
Clean and tidy! Couldn't ask for better. Was only one night's stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Was particularly pleased with the parking behind a locked gate.

Best 3 night stay in a long time. My room did not have air conditioning, but ceiling fan was more than adequate. There are rooms with air conditioning, just ask. Lovely pool to relax in the heat. Lovely big garden. Really nice and friendly service.

It was relaxing and refreshing. Oakhurst Guest House offers a quiet environment but is close enough to shops, restaurants, and the national road for easy access. The hospital is within 200m, if needed. We enjoyed our short stay and will return!

Our accommodation was upgraded from a room to a self-catering unit without our having to pay more. This was very thoughtful as the stairs to the room would be a challenge for us. Our vehicle could be safely parked under cover.

We had a lovely stay at Oakhurst, beautiful, clean and neat little cottages, the garden is beautifully kept and I like the idea that each cottage had their own braai area. The staff was very friendly / polite and made our stay enjoyable, due to the extreme hot weather, 42 degrees, the beautifully kept pool was a bonus as well as the aircon in the chalet. Oakhurst comes highly recommended.
May be able to purchase a separate toilet, is difficult if one person is in the bathroom and another has a need for toilet use.
TV service was very poor bearing in mind there is nothing to do in Riversdale.
