The owners went out of their way to accommodate me. Even made their private braai room available to me when it rained.
Our overnight stay at Oaktree was perfect, the lovely garden atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. All the necessary facilities are available with plenty of rural hospitality.

Very friendly and helpful owners, went out of their way for our comfort. They have a beautiful home, garden is great and will return for sure.
The lady was not expecting me although I booked and I received the message that my booking is confirmed, she suggested to send to a friend because she painted the shower and then I said it's fine I will stay as I didn't want to waste time as I wanted to prepare myself for an interview.

The accommodation would be greatly improved with a sliding door separating the shower/toilet from the room.
We had a very nice stay. Nut coffee and biscuits rounded it off nicely. The room is not very spacious with a two-year-old in tow, but it's an ideal getaway spot for one or two guests. We had a nice chat under the giant oak tree and the winter atmosphere in the trees and mountains made us relax wonderfully. Hospitality and tranquility is what you will find here!
There is nothing like strolling through the shady streets while the sun sets and the cool breeze from the mountains, permeates the air. Energetic goats frolic the streets in a town filled with rich history.
Lovely stay at Oaktree, friendly reception and welcome. Hostess tried to make additional arrangements to accommodate my trawler. Beautiful place to stay for an overnight stop. Maybe a bit small living area for two people to share (space very limited). Small cosmetic renovations that can get attention such as cracked walls and peeling paint in places. Other than that, everything was 100%.
Friendly warm welcome.
