20 guests' feedbackThe room could not lock from the outside when you go out. The bed is rags, sleep very uncomfortable. There are only facilities in room for one person. There is a crack all the way through the wall right over the bed. The shower is broken. Wanted to cancel but because it was already after 18:00 we just used it.
Owner is not there for check-in time. Owner is contacted by phone and says he will be back in 30 minutes. An hour later the website is contacted, they claim he says he will be there in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes web page is contacted again because owner is still not there. Now they say he will be there in 10 minutes. The owner has no interest in customer service and cannot even contact customer if he cannot be at his appointed time.
The place is not at all easy to locate in the dark. Very neglected and pool is dirty. Mattresses on the old side. Bathroom needs a door for more privacy.
I will definitely stay there again when I come back to the province. I loved everything about this guesthouse.
No time wasted. Arrived dark and left dark. The owner was friendly and helpful and the room neat and clean with only the essentials. A door that can close in the bathroom would have been nice.
We booked a 5 person room with a shower. We got 2 rooms on different sides of the guest house. One 3 person room and one two person room. I didn't want to leave my children alone so they slept on the floor. No shower. The television doesn't work. The pool is not usable. The other guests were blasting music and shouting until past 2am so we couldn't sleep.
The place looks nothing like it does on the website. Room was clean. No hot water on arrival 5pm. Owner came knocking at 21:00 that evening and said he had turned on the geyser. No, I'll pass.
Our stay was pleasant, but there are some things that need attention. The bathroom could be tidier, the shower is not up to standard. The pool was dirty, did not appear as in the photos.

Their service was bad, had to wait for their arrival and refused to give me the invoice after the departure.
The room was neat. The towels that were brought to us looked a bit old. The bath was not cleaned, I still had to remove bugs from the bath before we could bathe. Although there is a nice garden, there was no place to sit and relax outside the room. The room we had (number 4) is the only room facing the front garden - there was no chair or garden bench. My husband had to get him a plastic garden chair at the back of the house so he could sit outside and smoke. If you just want to sleep, there is nothing wrong with the place, but just know, you will have to sit on the grass if you want to relax a bit.
we waited outside for a long time we felt that were not welcome The following morning when we want to bath the water was cold,we reported that but we told that the gesser is on but the water still cold,we ask for the assistant of a soup but we were given a very small used one.We felt that black peoples are not welcomed
We found the place neat and well equipped, enough bedding and everything in place to fit our needs. The only negative thing for us was the distance that our disabled person need to walk to the room over uneven ground.
Room one does not lock from the outside so you leave your belongings there at your own risk when you go out. There is only a hollow wooden door separating room 1 and 2 so you hear every sound from the room next door. The toilet in room 1 is not well fixed so sit very still! Wait an eternity for the shower's water to warm up and then it's just a thin trickle. At least everything was spotless, but would not stay in room 1 again!
Accommodation clean but tired. Short refresher in a more modern style. Showering will save water.
