Ocean Breeze offers self-catering, pet-friendly family accommodation in a secure 3-bedroom double-story home situated 100m from the ocean, within close proximity to the main beach in the small town of Port Edward, less than 8 km from Wild Coast Sun and Beaver Creek Coffee Estate.

The house is in a private garden with a large swimming pool and braai area. Secure parking. Upstairs comprises 2 bedrooms, one with 4 single beds, the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower, basin & toilet. Both bedrooms open out onto the full-length balcony with magnificent sea views. Downstairs comprises 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom, a large open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge opens out onto a veranda that overlooks the pool and braai area, and also has sea views.

The lounge has full DStv, and guests have free wifi plus free access to Fitness Centre, a fully equipped gym within walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with both gas and electric hobs, an electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. All crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans supplied. There is also a backup water supply.

The owner lives on the property in a fenced-off area, separate from the main house and garden.

Banks, shops, pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets are all situated within close proximity to the house. There are great fishing spots close by, e.g. Splash Rock, a well-known fishing spot only 400 m away.

Additional guests or day visitors by arrangement.
