There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower, basin & toilet. Both bedrooms open out onto the full-length balcony with magnificent sea views. Downstairs comprises 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom, a large open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge opens out onto a veranda that overlooks the pool and braai area, and also has sea views.
The lounge has full DStv, and guests have free wifi plus free access to Fitness Centre, a fully equipped gym within walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with both gas and electric hobs, an electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. All crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans supplied. There is also a backup water supply.
The owner lives on the property in a fenced-off area, separate from the main house and garden.
Banks, shops, pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets are all situated within close proximity to the house. There are great fishing spots close by, e.g. Splash Rock, a well-known fishing spot only 400 m away.

12 guests' feedbackWe stayed at Ocean Breeze with family and 2 dogs. Yard was well fenced for the dogs. House is well equipped for self-catering. House is within walking distance of the beach and main beach (or a short drive). Beautiful sea view and it's nice to wake up to the sound of the sea.
The stay was excellent. Everything as in photos. Everything available that you may need. Owners all the time in contact with loadshedding schedule and advice on roads and events in the area.
Ocean Breeze was well worth it, a relaxed, stress-free weekend was had by all. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed from facilities to wifi to DStv.
We had the best time ever. Ron, our caretaker, took care of us very well. Our only concern was that the place needed some maintenance and an upgrade of the appliances, also some new linens and new couches. But other than that, it's a beautiful place. The outside chairs by the pool also need some paint.
Ocean Breeze has the most extraordinary view of the sea from the balcony and top-floor bedrooms which makes this place very special. The pool is also spectacular, and our kids loved it. The garden was great for our dogs too. The hosts are kind and helpful. Although the accommodation could do with a bit of an update, the hosts were very open to hearing about it and rectifying the things we suggested. The sea is 100m away but not suitable for swimming ─ that's a bigger journey if you are a keen swimmer. Thank you.
Wonderful place to rest, there is enough space for a large family. Everything you need is there for you. A large swimming pool, a large braai area is also there. Shops are very close to you and you don't have to drive far. Ocean Breeze is a great place for a vacation, the fenced area was great for our dogs and the private large yard where they could run around. On the upper veranda you can sit and watch and listen to the sea.
Wonderful host, always available if you need them. House is beautiful and bedrooms except the living area that needs some attention. There are only two lows, living area cleanliness. Lovely house next to everything you need in the area. I can recommend to any family if the two issues are addressed. Host update you on loadshedding schedule as well as water problems. Just make use of housekeeping services. You have a nice, beautiful house.
Ocean Breeze looks great from the outside. It's when you walk inside that things take a nasty turn: couches are ripped and patched with material. Horribly painted walls. Laminated windows need replacing. A rather odd sign that spells out the rules in bold lettering, which we found distasteful. Terrible bedding that never gets replaced. No towels provided. Not enough toilet rolls provided. Aging blinds that kept falling apart. Fridges that leaked upon arrival. Toilet upstairs leaking. Bathrooms stank of industrial grade sanitizing blocks. Fan in main bedroom not working. General maintenance is lacking and we did not feel safe here.

The place was quite peaceful, everything was perfect, we had a blast, had no complains at all.
Pleasantly surprised by spaciousness, view, layout. Advertising photos do not do the place justice. Will definitely use the holiday home again in the future. The facility of the gym was a pleasant side benefit, there were sometimes up to 2 gyms a day!
