It was more than we expected. It is very nice to have such a view in the morning when you sit on the porch and drink coffee and walking distance from the beach was a winner, we will go there again for vacation. Thank you Dawie for all the help you have offered.
Had a pleasant stay, great location being walking distance from the beach. We were very happy with the clean, secure unit at a very affordable price for the week.
Clean and tidy holiday apartment. Nice area, right next to Manaba beach. The unit is well equipped. Security also good with electric fencing, alarm system and lock-up garage. My only criticism is that the double bed mattress is past its prime. Can recommend Ocean Breeze 3 - would love to go there again in the future.
It was more than we expected in such a short time of booking. We had a great stay, everything was there, we lacked nothing. Something that amazed us was the back gate where you literally only take 10 steps then you are on the beach, it was the center of everything. We will definitely visit again.
We have two critical items that we shall mention: The unit is more a four/five sleeping unit not six. The television DStv decoder and system is an old type and the bouquet of programs not satisfactory for adult, child and sport lovers viewing (in the evenings and when raining).

Bookings for student groups, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, social parties or fishing groups are not accepted, as we are only suitable for families and couples. No noise will be tolerated between 20:00 and 06:00. If the rules are not met, the breakage deposit will be forfeited, as well as any additional costs not covered by the deposit. If guests do net follow the terms and conditions or we receive any noise complaints, they will be reported and will forfeit their breakage deposit.
