The best view of the sea which is just a few meters away from the complex in which the unit is located. The apartment is neat and clean, wonderfully comfortable and you get the feeling of "home away from home". Lucia is very hospitable who received us kindly and showed us everything to make our stay wonderful. Antony was "hands-on" and always on hand should there be a need. We had a wonderful stay. 10 out of 10 for Lucia and Antony.
Only the loose shower head and small shower were not ideal. Furthermore, everything was perfect and tidy, even if they were busy in the road and on the building with repairs.

I surprised my husband for his birthday with this wonderful place at Ocean Edge Apartment in Hermanus. Wow, this is really value for money. Everything we needed was there, and the place was tidy. Antony even gave permission to check out a little later than 10 o'clock in the morning. Antony was very very helpful. Out of 10 for Lucia who received us, wow, she received us so nicely and explained everything to us. The place is safe and nice near the sea. My husband enjoyed his birthday so much!

We spent just one night at Ocean Edge as we were celebrating a friend's birthday in Hermanus. Check-in was smooth and easy with friendly Thamie meeting us on our arrival. The kitchen was well-fitted out and the apartment was clean and ready, and had beautiful views of the sea. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is well equipped for self-catering accommodation. The sea view is exceptional, and the unit is only a few minutes walk from the rocks. The pool and braai area is also a big bonus. It's a shame that there is no continuous WiFi when there are power cuts.

Loadshedding was from 4 pm to midnight and we weren't able to ignite the gas cooker so couldn't make tea, but loadshedding was obviously not the owner's problem.
Value for money, view of seas is breathtaking.
Near township in an unsafe area.
No towels laid out in master bedroom. No DSTV, owner tried to help with problem with no success. No alternative to cooking or even boiling water for coffee during loadshedding. A small 1 plate gas stove would help a lot with that. Owner can definitely invest in something like this. Will definitely never stay there again.

Anthony, our host, was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and good value for money. The only tiny negative is that the carpet could do with a good scrub but I'll most definitely stay here again if in the Hermanus area!

Premises are very tidy and more than well equipped with what you will need on holiday. The view is certainly one of the highlights. I will definitely use the accommodation again.
Ocean Edge Apartment was absolutely beautiful with a nice view of the ocean. We had a great time at home and had a great time relaxing. Our children really enjoyed the communal braai and swimming area, and caught great fish in the rock pools. A Weber braai on the porch would have been handy.
