The fourth and fifth bedroom each contain a double bed. These rooms both have an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath and shower or a shower only.

The open-plan living area and kitchen are located downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living room has a comfortable couch and a TV. It opens onto a large patio with an outdoor dining table overlooking the private garden and pool. There is also a braai room with built-in braai facilities, a bar, small gym and a dining area with wetlands views.
