13 guests' feedbackIt was so nice to stay at Stephen. Everything there was up to standard, organised.
The (accommodation) is perfect and comfortable with enough space for a large family, but the back room and bathroom was a disappointment. The walls are wet and there is a smell in the room due to the wet walls. We could see they tried to clean the ceiling and walls, but it was not done properly. The showers in the room and master bedroom were not properly cleaned. The joint work between the tiles was not good, it needs a decent scrub. It is not only dirty in the corners, everywhere in the shower you can see that it has not been properly done for a long time. We sprayed a sanitizer just to feel comfortable in the showers. We took pictures to prove it. The hair dryer didn't work either. The "hob" of the stove was also full of dust and sticky. For us as a family, the cleanliness of the bathrooms is very important and we were not happy with this, but the rest of the house is really fantastic. The wet, dirty walls in the bathroom of the back room were not what we expected.

Close to the beach in the heart of Mossel Bay. The sea view is magical. We enjoyed our stay at Stephen's to the max. Worth the money.
Our family has been doing long weekends in March/April for the past 10 years in the Mossel Bay, George, Knysna area. Stephan was one of the best stays we have ever had. The location (on the sea with roaring waves) is unbeatable, the comfort is top quality, the unit is equipped with all the equipment you would need and the best is the braai on the veranda with the most beautiful moon rise and view over the sea . Our policy is not to visit the same place twice, but here we make an exception. We will be there again next year. Only negative is the few towels.

We had such a great time in Mossel Bay thanks to our very convenient location on the Point of Mossel Bay. How fantastic to wake up in the morning to the sound of breaking waves. Early morning coffee drinking on the stoep has never been so nice. Right around the unit there is so much to do and within walking distance are activities for everyone in the family. And inside the unit everything is very clean and very comfortable. Thanks to this unit, our family vacation kicked off on a high note. Thank you very much!
