Very nice unit. Walking distance from the beach. I feel the unit could have been a little cleaner.
Nice spacious apartment for 4 adults. But the place was really terribly dirty and neglected. Everything in the kitchen must be washed before it can be used. Trash is broken, shelves in fridge are broken, pipe under sink is leaking. We had to pay a cleaning fee of more than R600, which is ridiculous as the apartment was so dirty. Realize that one pays extra for such a beautiful view, but this apartment is not worth the price. Check out Ocean View 702 instead.
We were very disappointed, only stayed 1 night. Everything is old and in need of attention. Sofas dirty and also some of the crockery in cupboards. Towels old and thin. No braai area. Rusty braai between brooms and mops. Dirty marks on walls everywhere. Dining room chairs are broken. Some of the chairs are in the garage and cannot be used. Cracked tiles on floors, porch and bathrooms. Dampness on walls. Photos on advertisement are very misleading.
What more is there to say: the Cape is the perfect destination for any holiday. Too little time to see and do everything!
Location of apartment excellent, fantastic view, neat, beautiful modern furniture make stay an unforgettable experience.
The apartment was very neat and clean and contained everything needed. No need to drive around looking for, for example, a washing machine etc. not. Als is already there. Walking distance from als, is and was a fantastic getaway, will be staying there again in the future.
Comfortable unit with beautiful sea view. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
