Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea and Table Mountain. The hostess was very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. The welcome basket with snacks and wine was a bonus.

What a view! Fantastic.
Unfortunately, the invertor went off with load shedding, we needed extra lights and a gas plate. We had brought our own lights otherwise we would have been in darkness.
Ocean view C403 is a great wooset in a beautiful area, comfortable. Neat, but not clean. Clean can definitely be improved.
Flat is well located, lovely sea views, love the washing machine. Did not use the dishwasher. My only negative comment would be the lack of DSTV and your living room couch and cushions were not clean. But, otherwise a lovely place.
It is a very nice place with everything you need and safe parking.
Apartment has everything one needs. Maybe just put something in place for load shedding - flashlights or candles.
Agency that does lettings' admin a bit confused. After a long day's travel, the last thing you need is a long list of apps to download, proof of payment and copies of IDs that I feel could have been sent to me a day in advance. Lady who received us was not very professional and her explanations very incoherent.

House rules
A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.
