6 guests' feedbackThere are many benefits, fantastic view, good beds and clean linen. Good reception by Gideon, but the apartment is neglected, broken windows and in urgent need of renovation. The place is not clean either. It is a shame that such a lovely place has been so neglected.
The only inconvenience was that there was quite a lot of renovation work on the outside of the building. You are still sitting outside drinking coffee early in the morning, then the painters climb over your balcony like ants. But I know it needs to happen, just wish it wasn't in my week. Also, the elevator didn't work, so it was quite a mission to climb 60-70 stairs every day with all your luggage.
I was looking for a place to sleep over for our honeymoon and the night before with the flower girls from the wedding. From the first click for inquiries to the end, the service was excellent! Elvona from the website got back to me right away to say it was available. I booked and paid. I had special requests for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. They did everything I asked and more. The apartment was beautifully clean. All the facilities we needed were there and the view is astronomically beautiful. Krissy contacted me in advance to arrange for the key. He is an asset to the business and a pleasure to work with. The whole experience was fantastic!. I would definitely recommend them and my family and I would definitely go back. 10 out of 10 great service.

What a beautiful clean town with the most beautiful views. People staying here are really privileged. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing about the accommodation. Upon our arrival at the location, the remote accessing the parking area did not work. No light bulbs in the bedside lamps. Just want to add that the bedside light bulbs were replaced and we got another remote for the parking. The dishwasher did not work. Place was pretty clean, but behind beds and under tables one could see it was not clean. One towel looked like someone cut off a corner with a pair of scissors. How can you give something like that for someone to use? A resident of the complex entered our apartment on 3 occasions and rushed to the bathroom to see why water was leaking through her roof. On our side it was dry. It was inappropriate and it felt like our privacy was being compromised. The money we paid for 7 nights of accommodation was a lot of money, but one doesn't mind paying it for a good experience. In that case it was definitely not money well spent! If it wasn't for the view we would have insisted on another unit. I just feel that a place should be in a good condition upon arrival and it shouldn't be necessary to have to call about problems that arise all the time. Will not use the accommodation again.
