We had an amazing stay at Oceans 1101. Everything was so close and convenient. The flat was perfect. Can not wait to go back again. The only problem I would say was that our holiday was too short, we could not get enough of Shelly beach. Will highly recommend this place to anyone. The perfect get away.
On arrival, our flat was given to someone else and there was a whole lot of confusion. The family that was occupying our flat, had to remove all their belongings and move one floor down to their correct flat. Very unorganized.
I have recommended a no because the unit is need of a good spring clean. If I can say it is ''surfaced cleaned'' with lots of dust everywhere and mildew in the main en suite shower. The curtains are in need of a good wash and the kitchen cupboard beneath the drain has a damp problem so there was always a smell. Not much pots so carry extra if you intend to do more cooking than braaing. An awning on the patio would be good for the rainy days.

The place was beautiful, we felt so welcome. It is near the mall and the sea. I would definitely go back. The pool was awesome. We had fun, fun, fun.
Ocean 1101 no 11 was a great place but white linen is more preferable, though the place was a bit dusty but staying was good as always because of being close to the beach and mall.
The place is neat and tidy close to the beach. We had a fabulous stay and we'll definitely go back there.

One bedroom - lights did not work - light switch faulty - no plug point in the same room. New bedding needed in the bedrooms - old discoloured. Unfortunately due to the bad weather over the weekend and strong winds - air comes through the windows and made huge whistling noises. The burglar bars need to be treated as they are all rusting. Stove plates also look rusted. Tiles fell off the wall in the one bedroom while we were there. On Saturday morning my husband and brother woke up at 3am to go fishing and unfortunately they realised that we were locked into the flat as the trellidoor slam lock jammed - we managed to get the care taker to open the bolts around 6am to let them out. The kitchen needs new pots and pans as the ones that are in there are in a bad state. We also experienced load shedding on Saturday evening so we had to wait for the power to come back on to prepare our meals, maybe invest in a generator.
Had a great stay in this neat, clean, spacious unit.

Peaceful. The natural garden/park is amazing. Secure, with electric fencing. Facilties excellent. Nice place to swim at the beach.

Very good value for money. Private access to beach and 5 minutes walk from the mall. Would recommend for families with teenagers and small children.
Our stay at Oceans 11'01 was without doubt a good experience for us as a family. The accommodation is within walking distance of all the main amenities such as the beach, Mall and places to eat. Definitely the best value for money and convenience.
