Ocean's 25 is fantastically located with a beautiful sea view. The unit is neat and brightly lit in the evening. There is also 24 hour security patrolling the grounds. The host is friendly and quick to fix any problems.
Most relaxing atmosphere with a great view. We had a great stay.

Centrally located close to shops and most of the major attractions (uShaka, Durban Hawe, Crocworld etc.). There are also enough shops in the area. Reception was painless without any waiting. I had a nice stay with good security. The only negative feedback about the unit is that the sliding balcony door leaks at the bottom left when it rains and the wind blows from the sea side. This is a reasonable leak that will cause the cabinets and furniture to suffer water damage over time.
Stay was awesome. Owner was very accommodating and unit had an awesome and amazing view of the river, beach and ocean. Unit was well prepared for guests. We will definitely be back.
Location and view are spectacular. Being so close to the beach makes it so nice to go for a walk on the beach, because you don't have to drive anywhere. Go out the back gate and voila, sea and sand. Plekkie is well furnished and we had a very nice stay. It's small, but comfortable.

Out of season useful, so there was a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and we were well received. The unit was clean and tidy, but neat. I think it's more suitable for just 2 people than for 4 (2 kids), unless you're only staying for 2 or so days. The air conditioning was very nice. The linen and towels were clean. The toilet seat is broken, there is no hairdryer and there is also no washing machine. The view is beautiful and the balcony is nice, although there is no coolness; the umbrella is broken.
We enjoyed every second.
It's a good place to stay for holidays to relax and enjoy.

Wonderful stay. Flat was very clean. Perfect view. Enjoyed the birdlife. Short distance from the swimming area on beach. We absolutely enjoyed our holiday.
Was peaceful environment, was nice and quiet.
Ons het heerlik gebly! Baie naby aan die strand en het 'n pragtige see-uitsig, die plek het alles gehad wat ons nodig gehad het. Het baie lekker gerus en die see van ons balkon af geniet, sal weer daar bespreek!

We were a late arrival. We struggled to get our bags up the narrow stairs. There was no linen for the sleeper couch and we did book for 4 people. When we got to the room not all the lights worked. We eventually found a little store room connected to the room with a lock on the cupboard. I managed to get the cupboard door open enough to get hold of a sheet and drag it through the crack so I could make a bed for my kids.
It was home away from home!
The unit was very neat, bedding and towels was definitely new, an amazing stay, would definitely return.
We booked last minute and were helped promptly and could book in late. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The view and access to the beach was great. The kids loved the pool. It was neat and tidy. All round a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it. There is some maintenance that needs to be done with regards to water damage near the sliding door and kitchen area.
Just a pity about the weather otherwise it was nice.
We were able to hang out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Our need to escape from the hustle and bustle was fulfilled and we were able to enjoy a peaceful quiet atmosphere.
The unit needs attention. Lots of mistakes. Rain in at balcony doors, toilet seat broken. The cigarette smoke stuck in als is horrible to smell all the time. Oven was dirty. Bathroom can be completely redone. Aircon was welcome.
