Pretty modern. Have to drive to the beach, but it's not far.
Not suitable for more than 4 people.
Unit was covered in cockroaches upon arrival. It was reported to owner, but nothing was done about it. I bought poison myself and sprayed it. Two sliding doors are broken and could not close. Sink in bathroom falling off. Clothes drying rack is broken. Gas grill is broken and could not be used.
