Odeon Beach Break is a fully furnished premium and very spacious sea-facing apartment, situated along Beach Road in Strand, right across the road from the beach. The apartment has excellent finishes and modern furniture. It is located on the 7th floor with picture perfect windows to enjoy the magnificent sea and mountain views.

The apartment comprises 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, quality mattress, 100% percale cotton bed linen, quality lush towels, beach towels, ceiling fan, hairdryer and alarm clock radio's. The full en-suite bathroom has a bath, 2 showers, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail and a wall mounted heater. There is another separate toilet with a wash basin. There is a sleeper couch with 3/4 mattress in the living area for an extra guest.

The open-plan lounge and dining area is equipped with a 50 inch LED Smart TV with full complimentary DSTV bouquet, radio and CD player, fan, heater, leather recliner chairs, dining room suite and laminated flooring. The cherrywood kitchen is equipped with granite tops, bar chairs, a stove, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, small electrical appliances, food warmer trolley, pots and pans, crockery, glass ware and cutlery. In addition there is a separate scullery, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, dishcloths and cleaning materials. For guests convenience there is a Fibre network and 24 hours fast uncapped free Wi-Fi, an electronic safe, big enough to house your laptop and personal belongings.

The apartment building has excellent security, access controlled and with security cameras throughout. Safe parking in secure garage in allocated parking bay with direct access to the lifts. The building is wheelchair friendly. There are braai facilities and a swimming pool on the second floor as well as an indoor drying yard for the laundry. On the ground level there is a laundry, hairdresser, a few convenience stores and a car wash facility in the garage. The apartment building is located a short walking distance from the shops and restaurants. A public indoor heated olympic size swimming pool is just across the road. This pool remains open daily from 07h00 till 19h00. Free entrance for pensioners.

This apartment does not have daily housekeeping, a weekly cleaning service can be provided upon request at an extra fee.

Strand is conveniently located being approximately a 50 minute drive to Cape Town CBD or 35 minutes to Cape Town International Airport. The area is surrounded by False Bay and the Hottentots Holland and Helderberg mountain ranges. Strand is a stone’s throw away from Gordon's Bay with its own stunning sea views and a mere 20 minutes’ drive to the Stellenbosch area where you can soak up the beauty of the vineyards which offer premium wine tasting.

This apartment is not serviced daily during your stay and but can be cleaned on request once a week for an extra fee. The apartment is cleaned before arrival.

Accounts must be settled upon receipt of invoice by EFT before arrival. No credit card payment facilities exist at the apartment.
