Lovely guesthouse with friendly staff and owner. Wonderful bed and a very comfortable sleep. When a small issue came up with the shower misbehaving, they were quick to try to fix it. I'll definitely come here again if work calls me back to Kroonstad.

We arrived 16:15 and the room we were placed in was not ready. The previous tenant was still moving out. The manager told us that the room was cleaned but the previous tenant only stored his stuff in the room because he worked in a dangerous area and could not take it with. Unfortunately, there were still toiletries in the bathroom and bottles, etc. next to the fridge. We requested a room overlooking the garden and swimming pool, instead we were placed in a room overlooking the street. We requested breakfast when we booked the guesthouse which was confirmed by the manager but on arrival, we were told that no breakfast would be served that weekend. Only one roll of toilet paper was placed in the bathroom and my wife had to take extra from another room in the guesthouse.

Our host was great and the room was spacious with a separate big bathroom.

Prior confirmation indicates good service and your needs are determined - good hostess. Rooms are wonderfully spacious, with all facilities and showers are a feast. Very nice overnight stop on the way to destination.
